The cloakroom off kitchen has a toilet and washbasin. The back door leads to a fully enclosed garden, patio area, outdoor dining table and chairs for guests. Gate 1 leads out to playing fields and path down onto beach.

The first floor:

The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps chest of drawers and a sofa. The bedroom boasts superb views across the sands and sea and further up the coastline. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.Heating throughout cottage is by new thermostatically controlled slimline panel heaters.
