“The elevators weren’t working and I had a brace on my foot and was not accommodated. I was then told I wouldn’t be charged an additional $50 when I was still charged and now having to play phone tag. The front desk attendant who checked me in was nice but the person in the morning was awful. I would have extended my stay however they did not make me feel welcomed nor should I give them more of my business.”

“Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.”

“The av seemed to be out in the actual hotel, the room was fine. Rooms were smaller than the average hotel room. Pool light was hanging out of the pool. And the room smelt like smoke even though it wasn’t a smoking room”
