“Great location and nice and big condo! However, it wasn't the cleanest. Didn't look like a professional clean job- hairs in the bathroom, baseboards really dusty. The air conditioner doesn't work too well either, the second bedroom is pretty stuffy. The kitchen should be better stocked-no spatulas, only a set of 4 dished. ”

“This is an excellent unit. The amenities were very good. The second floor deck has a lovely view of the lake and great seating for a group to visit and chat in the fresh air. ALSO it is good that the rental unit/bldg. behind this Vrbo has a 10pm curfew on the swimming pool and whirlpool, so that noise drops dramatically. Walking to nearby restaurants and shopping is only one or two blocks. We look forward to returning.”

“The place exactly as pictured which is not always the case. It had a well-appointed kitchen, street parking right at the front door and centrally located to take advantage of the beach, restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Host was easy to reach and gave accurate info. We had a great time.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Downtown Nest with only a few issues. The first was Vacasa's request for ID verification away from the VRBO web site. Be prepared to provide pictures of your ID at a site other than VRBO. Not bad, just not expected. When we arrived the check-in process was easy. We excitedly opened the door and stepped into the non-smoking property to the smell of weed...welcome to Michigan. The odor lingered the two nights of our stay. A couple other small cleaning issues that we made...

“Perfect location, we walked to everything. The condo had everything we needed and decorated adorable. So happy we could bring our shih-tzu with us. The parking spot the condo was tight, not sure if I would be able to park the SUV if the condo lot was full. We enjoyed the roof top bar right across the street overlooking the water and all the fantastic restaurants. Owner was very nice and quick to respond when we had questions.
