The Space:

The ground level is set up for both relaxation and outdoor fun, featuring a king bedroom with a couch for lounging. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities including cornhole, table tennis, bikes with helmets, single-seat kayaks, and beach chairs—perfect for making the most of your time outdoors.



On the main living level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, along with a cozy living area and TV. This floor also includes a queen bedroom with a dedicated workstation and a full bathroom.



The upper level features a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or groups, as well as an additional queen bedroom with its own dedicated workspace. There are two bathrooms on this level, including one attached to the queen bedroom.



With multiple workstations, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, this home is perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or enjoying everything the area has to offer.
