“Overall it was a good stay. The location is fabulous and the apartment was very cute. The host as really helpful even when we lockwd ourselves out, The place was pretty clean although we spotted a bug or two. My main comment is that I underestimated how much of a truly basement apartment this is. Complete w the musty smell. They did everything possible to dehumidify and filter the air but it was still quite musty. And there’s no real outdoor space w this unit which was disappointing. ”

“My family came down from Pennsylvania for a 4-day, 3-night stay and we had a great experience. My daughters especially loved the pool—perfect for when the waves at the beach were a bit too rough. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The outlets, grocery stores, and even a Wawa were close by, which made us feel right at home. Alex, the owner, was accessible the entire time and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“The place was in a fantastic location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Ot was clean and orderly. There were 2 down sides. First, the parking was tight, if you went during the summer season it might be very difficult. Second, the lighting in the place was poor, not enough lamps and many wereinadequate.”

“Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All...

“The hosts were very responsive . The unit was a spacious two bedroom condo with a lovely three season room. It was well located between Lewes and Rehoboth. The kitchen and baths were well appointed with what we needed for our stay. ”

“Overall this place was very clean, absolutely beautiful, quiet location without driving away from everything, with easy access. We did run into two small issues that were unavoidable, but had a clear line of communication with the owner and were resolved without causing a single wrinkle in our stay. We would definitely stay at this location again or any other by this host.”
