"Läget var perfekt. Däremot var städningen undermålig. När vi checkade in fanns det hårstrån i badkaret. Vi fick städat en gång under tre nätter och det var städningen som vi påkallade p.g.a. håret i badkaret. Jag upplevde att receptionen skyllde ifrån sig."
