“The cottage was really cute and clean. Short drive to a beautiful beach. The location was perfect for exploring St. Joseph and South Haven. The owner was very quick to answer questions and very friendly. Some of the reviews mentioned the shower being small but to me it was a cottage shower that served it's purpose I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again. ”

It’s a nice open concept, the place is very clean and they have everything you need.We spent almost all of our time around the kitchen table so I can’t attest to the TV; we never turned it on. We saw over 30 bird species, had a close encounter with a Blue Heron near the hot tub, and enjoyed the little frogs playing in the creek. “This property was just what we needed, a place to stay with our dogs while we attended an out-of-town graduation. Beds were comfy and the cottage was nice with good drinking water (not well water).Only issues were no door directly to the backyard (so you still have to leash the dogs to let them out), no hand rail on the stairs (my mom couldn't safely stay here), quirky design (shower door blocks the towel rack when open) and the lighting challenge of an older home (no light switch in main...

“From the moment you enter the area and pull up to the cottage, you know you made the right choice. You can tell this property has been recently updated with care. Everything looks new or almost new. “The house is perfect for a couple that needs a place to rest their heads at night. The location is a walk from the back door to the lake for a morning swim, paddle board, kayak. ”

Julie was amazing from the beginning and helped fix us up with a rebook of our stay from my own personal mess up. “Everything was as described. From check in to check out. We had a few question prior to booking, that were answered promptly. And we had a problem with a door while we were there and it was taken care of that day. Cottage had everything we needed. Lake was good for our grandkids and fishing was good for the fisherman. Very good people to rent from. Thank you again for making our stay good. ”
