Hotell i Downtown New Buffalo

“It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay.”

“Always enjoy our stays at the Four Winds. Rooms have been clean and very quiet. Looking forward to spending time at the outdoor pool and bar this summer.”

“A beautiful hotel, clean with great staff. The food at the Lakeside kitchen restaurant was really good. The gym was very difficult to find. Had to ask two persons before we found it. Unfortunately the spa, the pool and the steakhouse were closed during our stay. Lighthouse outlets near if you don’t like the casino.”

“Walking in, the smell was strong chlorine and … something else. Not sure if they were trying to “hide” other odors. We were greeted by two men. One older gentleman was “in training” by the younger one, and he was speaking non English (my guess is Pakistani). Check in took longer than it should have, but they were nice enough. Kudos to both men: the younger showing much patience (I assume) and the older for willingness to learn something new. It was a little unnerving to hear a language I...

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”

“The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.”

“The carpeting in the room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The toilet was plugged up in the morning and we had not really used it. We told the staff when we went downstairs for breakfast and was told that they would unclog it after we checked out (checkout time was two hours away.) I told her that was not acceptable and she came up and plunged the toilet. As she was leaving she said she splashed on the toilet seat but don't worry she wiped it off.
