“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and I loved the view of the pyramids. The breakfast was very varied and delicious ♥️”

“Where do I even begin. After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. The man at the front desk says to us that since we booked on Expedia and they “no longer work with Expedia”...

“Expedia and the property is refusing to take accountability for their mistake of having the wrong address listed. I was dropped off at an abandoned building, No refund was given. Do not book this hotel.”

“Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible....

“Expedia does not even have a contract with this hotel! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning to no room and ended up walking around Cairo in the middle of the night until we could find another hotel ourselves. ”
