"The hotel, the reception, the room, and the surrounding area are fantastic. Unfortunately, the restaurant next door that serves breakfast on behalf of the hotel is not good at all. The staff are angry, unfriendly, and very unpleasant. This is a real disappointment, especially considering how excellent the hotel itself is."
