“The place was clean and check-in was easy. We knew in advance that the cell service and WiFi were spotty, that it didn’t have air conditioning for the warm summer days, and that traffic noise was loud. However we decided those things were worth it because of the hot tub overlooking the water. Unfortunately when we arrived the hot tub was unusable due to chloramine gas making us cough and sneeze. “Hot tub lung” is a real risk so we notified the owners and they sent someone out the next day to...

“I spent 4 nights and the value for money was great. Spacious room, decent breakfast, incredibly friendly and helpful staff.”

“It was the best!! The creek running right outside the patio door. The bonus was a bull elk showed up the first evening and hung around for a couple hours. The next morning he was across the creek lying down and sunning himself well into the afternoon!!”

“Nära parken och vacker omgivning med mycket kul att göra, som basketboll, beachvolleyboll och inomhuspool. Men de tre rum som vi bodde i var riktigt tråkiga. Tunna väggar, smällande dörrar, billarm. Gamla möbler, smutsig heltäckningsmatta och en fläkt som lät så mycket att man inte kunde ha den igång när man sov, så väldigt varmt. Välj inte budgetrummen.”

“Beautiful lodging on Fall River in Estes Park. Only five minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The rooms are simple, comfortable and clean, although a bit dated. The grounds are maintained well and you will be treated to wild turkeys and Steller's Jays at the bird feeders in season. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, entertaining all my "touristy" questions. I look forward to visiting again, hopefully soon.”

“Excelente ubicación áreas limpias, tina funcional y limpia”
