“The property had several broken item's of furniture, was dirty and is in desperate need of a clean. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels to dry, the balcony table didn't have any chairs, the kitchen utensils were chipped or damaged. The house also smelt of cigarettes.”

In a residential neighborhood with a little park down the street, a small grocery store around the corner, a larger indoor shopping area not far, and a good fast-ish food burger place (Point B Burger). It is a 13-minute walk to the lake-beach and to the beautiful main Old Town area of Annecy.”
