“Let's start with the fact that the photos advertised for this property do not reflect reality. That alone feels misleading and sets the wrong expectations from the outset. The room showed clear signs of neglect, with dead mosquitoes still stuck to the walls. Despite the obvious mosquito problem, there were no window screens and no mosquito repellent provided. Around the pool area, the number of insects made it uncomfortable to sit and relax. The most concerning issue, however, was safety....
