Sorry that you could not tell that the stains around the table were from guests that let children run with tea and spilt drinks. We do shampoo proffesionaly but need a window to allow the carpet to dry without guests in the suite.The Shampoo and Cream Rinse and Body Wash are left in the shower for guest use by me..Perhaps the hair on your toast was from your service dog.

I leave Big Bottles of Costco Shampoo and Cream Rinse and Body Wash as well as Hand Sanitizer in the bathrooms for guest use (they have pumps so they will not contaminate)If you want toast all you have to do is ask, we also have cereal but you have to ask, we provide a full complimentry breakfast.

I appreciate you sharing your experience. Having selected a shared bathroom I understand you are more likely to interact with the other room that shares the bathroom and that in your experience one of the other guests had a cough. I would like to clarify that you were not made to pay any additional taxes beyond the Expedia posted price, which I am sure you’ll can confirm by referring to your transaction statement. I hope that the rest of your vacation is enjoyable.

sorry Janelle if the bed was uncomfortable, I will turn the mattress as it is only two years old and that should not have an issue yet.
