This lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath home at the end of a cul-de-sac is close to everything! Minutes to Ark, Walmart, Starbucks, local park, and 30 minutes to Cincinnati! We have everything your family needs for a month or a long weekend visiting the awe-inspiring ARK Encounter. We are a pet/smoke/vape free property.

Our group of 11 (4 adults, 7 kids) had a great stay at the "Ark Encounter Oasis." It was clean and had everything we needed; comfortable furnishings, kitchen essentials, extra blankets. The kids loved playing in the garage/game room. The location is convenient for visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, and it's close to Walmart and other shops/ restaurants. The only thing we didn't care for was the steep driveway. But, we just parked as close to the top/sidewalk as possible, and it didn't effect our stay other than helping us realize we have a parking brake that sticks. 5 out of 5 stars-- Would stay here again!

Overall the home has a very nice set up with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the kitchen table comfortably sat all 7 of us. It’s about 10 minutes from the Arc Encounter. All of us being together for my mother in law’s 86th birthday was the gift that we needed for this trip and this location fit the bill. Thank you for providing that for us.

Lodging Fit our Ark Adventure

Everything we needed was available at the house. Living area, kitchen/eating area, bathrooms and Sleeping facilities fit well for us. Only downside was the challenging short steep driveway, as we had three vehicles (two were large) to park, unload and load. Not a showstopper. Just challenging as we live in a flat (not hilly) area.

Group Conference Attendance

We liked the 5 separate areas to sleep, (4 bedrooms and the bed in the gaming area) and 3 full bathrooms for us all to get ready in the morning. Just a few minutes drive from the ARK Encounter. The biggest negatives were the pool table is in the garage and it was too cold to use it in the winter, and there was only convenient parking for 2 cars.

Excellent home away from home

The beds were excellent, the place was nice and clean! We are a family of 6 and we all had our own space for the night and the main area had a nice sitting area. We really enjoyed it!

A Great Place!!

Highly recommend!! We booked our stay in May, but in November we had something come up and needed to shift our reservation by two days. They were so cooperative and helpful, and moved our stay so that all of our family could partake. The house was spotless, and they provided breakfast cereals and coffee! There was also shampoo/crème rinse, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Communication was excellent, and every need/concern was quickly addressed. For example, we found that one of the showers was draining slowly (it happens ). They fixed it right away!!

Visiting the Ark and Cincinnati

This little town was easy to get in and out of and see what we wanted to. Home was well organized and comfortable. The split level worked well for three generations, grandparents, parents and teens. Thank you for making it such a nice home

Great location, wonderful stay!

We came up for a conference at the Ark Encounter with our two adult sons & daughter-in-law. This house was perfect! About 10 minutes from the Ark, so easy to go back & forth. The guys enjoyed the game room & the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!
