“We loved our stay at John's property. The house had everything we needed and the outside pond and yard were great for watching wildlife (deer, groundhogs, bunnies) and enjoying the outdoors. It's an easy drive to Ithaca and to parks. The state park pass was such a nice bonus! We'd be happy to stay here again and explore the area more. ”

“We had a great time. We loved the house it was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. We had our adult children and significant others come and go over the course of two weeks and it was a big thumbs up. The beach is private, the water is crystal clear. The neighbors are very nice. “3 families stayed at the property for baseball tournament at The Lumber Yard. It was clean and nice. The loft was really cool for the boys but it did get hot at night and one of the beds was a bit creaky. The other rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.
