“Excellent hostel! I stayed in the Court - I’m a light sleeper and even with earplugs, I woke often as people were coming and going at all hours of the night. Disturbances would likely be less in the other rooms. The facilities, social aspect of the hostel and the staff were top notch! They have activities each day to connect you with others. As a solo traveller, it was incredible and more reason to stay in a hostel. Price was great for Edinburgh and the location cannot be beat!”

“Lovely room and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great!”

“We pre-booked a table at the restaurant to no avail. We were placed in the least cosy room in the entire restuarant (the breakfast room) and not in the genuin pub section or outside. The food was not that great but there were not really any options around.”

“Trevlig personal och god frukost.”

“Nice hotel and bar with a friendly atmosphere. Good value for money. Large parking area. With single glass windows and no heater the bathroom was a bit cold. Not a big problem though. Will stay again when in Helensburgh”

“Good hotel with excellent staff and food at a low cost. Lots of people comming to dine in the restaurant with very good social athmosfere and friendly people.”
