âFirst of all, it is situated in Deira, the old town of Dubai, there most of guest workers live. Hard to get a taxi and still the reception refuses to pre-order one for you! The explanation is "donÂŽt need to" still I had to wait for a taxi 30 minutes two days in a row. I end up in a room with the fan that you couldnt turn off and without no shampoo. When complaining the answer was " call us if you dont have shampoo" which is a good advice when you are standing in the shower. The key didnt work...
