We had a lagoon access room which was very nice, as was the beach, the service and the rest of the hotel. Can really recommend this for a resort stay. The only downside was the Bushman restaurant which was over priced and did not deliver on the food, but, in spite of that an overall very nice experience.

4 nätter med familjen. Hotellet är slitet och gammalt med bekvämt för en barnfamilj. Bra kids club och mysigt att kunna ta en simtur i poolen direkt från sin villa. För att få denna möjlighet måste man välja lagoon access

We really didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel
We really didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel. They say they are a five star hotel but they fail on so many points. The reception is always packed with people checking in or out so you have to sit and wait without any system of when its your turn. We tried room service 3 times and every time they did something wrong. The main pool looks and feel like a packed public pool area where families bring there own food and drinks. And the service at the beach takes for ever. When we stayed they where "fixing" the hotel every where. Painting, the terraces, etc etc so it was feeling they had to fix things after reviews like this. The pool/lagoon is huge and great depending of which room you get. Some rooms never get the sun on the terrace. I'd defiantly not come back to Anantara The Palm. There are too many other great hotels that we have tried that is both cheeper and better in many ways. The only thing that was really good is the restaurant the beach house. Great music, service and ok food. But extremely high prices compare what you get. Same prices as The One & Only at the palm!

Härligt hotell ute på palmen
Superfin semester med perfekt läge direkt vid stranden. Bra mat på alla restauranger. Fina rum med lugnt läge vid lagunen.

Oas i hektiska Dubai
Fantastiskt härligt hotell med otroligt bra service. Lugn, behaglig och vacker miljö. Många aktiviteter både för små och stora barn. Fin strand och fint poolområde. Mycket god frukost med ett enormt utbud. Testade maten på Mekong, Crescendo och The Beach House - genomgående hög kvalitet på maten, dock väldigt höga priser - men så är det när man väljer att bo ute på palmen.

Superb resort
Absolutely one of the best resorts and service we have had. The only thing was the extreme heat but even that was fairly okay with the very nice room (excellent beds) and the very service minded staff who was attending you with wet towels etc.

Unique experience !
I tried 2 different rooms and i am happy i did. If you look for ok room with reasonable budget then residence is good. Not fancy but has all amenities of five star hotel, house keeping was good. If you look for luxurious experience and the unique logoon experience then go for lagoon room direct access, otherwise try both like i did. Lagoon room was very nice, size, design & , feeling of real vacation. The amenities were super. Room service was good & tasty. Now the customer service can be improved. It took me few calls and long waiting to get simple things done like delivering luggage and so. The Spa was super nice, very nice therapists (Thi & Indian ladies both were so good) the facilities good, steam was under maintenance. Rest were good, i recommend Turkish hamam experience. The Saloon has good fast service. The restaurants were good but the highlight of my trip was the Asian restaurant, i visited it twice and i will do again when ever i visit Dubai, it is that good. Food is super! Service was amazing, ambience and live music adds alot to the experience. I would highly recommend the Pomelo salad (was recommended by the waiter) sticky mango rice (it was perfect)! Thanks for all specially Tommy & Baifern ! Also the vegan burger at Australian restaurant was a surprise! It was one of the best i had!

Our room was not ready at check-in, however after some discussion they gave us a family room instead, which was really good and our son enjoyed having his own room and tent. After the initial hiccup they really made up for it and we had a great time

Really great facilities and the breakfast buffet is excellent. However, rooms are outdated and lack some tech perks or anything of that sort. I have booked the rooms that have direct access to the lagoons and there were very noisy neighbors. No welcome drinks , no welcome basket ( not that it important but at least small touches makes some difference) . I would come back the hotel because of the excellent facilities including dining options.

Never mentioned any benefit that I should receive on vip access . I went a night before booking to check the hotel and see the facilities they never mentioned the beach is closed for maintenance . I reserved a resort and pay a lot to enjoy the tan on the beach other wise I could’ve reserve a hotel with way much cheaper and save the high rate that I paid for this hotel .
