Bra kombo av affär, shopping och semester
Överraskande trevligt hotell med ett perfekt loge för shopping och affärsmöten. Gångavstånd till Dubai Mall och Burg Khalifa. Poolområde och restauranger var överraskande trevliga för att vara ett city hotell.

Väldigt slitet hotell, mer som 3-4 stjärnigt. Enda positiva var att det var väldigt nära Dubai mall och att vi hade ett väldigt stort rum med bla tvättmaskin, kyl- och frys samt spis med tillbehör.

Fantastiskt hotell
Jag har besökt detta hotell ett flertal gånger tidigare. Trots åtgärder mot Covid-19 var vår upplevelse fantastisk. Det upplevdes som mycket säkert att bo där och personalen är som vanligt mycket mötesgående. Vi hade bokat executive, men eftersom loungen var stängd så fick vi gratis middag. Jag rekommenderar starkt detta hotell och tvekar inte att besöka det igen när jag besöker Dubai.

Vi är en familj med tonårsbarn och var mycket nöjda med boendet. Perfekt läge - nära till Burj Kalifa och Dubai Mall, mysig innergård med pool och stora rum. Bra med take-awayrestauranger i samma kvarter. Hotellet är inte nybyggt med funkar bra!

I’m pretty generous in my reviews but this I feel the need to really provide a detailed review for young families. This hotel (apartment side) really appealed to us because of the proximity of the Dubai Mall and Burj K & the fact that there was 5 of us. The only positive of booking this hotel is the location. No need for Uber or taxi (15-25 min ride from airport depending on traffic- as an aside government taxi’s are 60 percent cheaper than Ubers- we paid 48-55 Dirham. Walking distance to mall is 5 min. You have to cross two easy intersection crosswalks. We were placed on the 5th floor. Upon entering the suite, all I can say is that it was below par. The rugs were absolutely disgusting and stained (not sure why there isn’t tile only all around) we walked continuously on crocs inside. The furniture is quite dated (80s style Couches) and the washrooms are also quite dated - something of what you would see at a motel 6. The kitchen was so disgusting that we didn’t step foot. We would have paid couple hundred more at more up to date place had we known. The hallway of the 5th floor also had a terrible smell. I also made two toll free collect calls to my credit card company and was charged 60 Dirham. The staff did not understand my objection to this. On our first night, we had a fire alarm wake us up at 1 a.m. When we asked for an explanation the day after, none was given. The main hotel that is connected to the apartment seemed nice- nice pool area

We stayed at the hotel for a week in February. The hotel is really well located in the downtown with the proximity to the mall, shops, pharmacy etc. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was very helpful and responsive. The room is really big and cosy. We recommend the hotel!

Staff service is good enough and very convenient place if going to Dubai mall. Variety of Breakfast meal, also I can recommend dinner buffet, especially international buffet which serving weekend is good. You can take a dinner and take all you can eat. Also the buffet price is reasonable. No need to try to find outside restaurants. Just consider that check in / out are slightly taking time. I’m not sure why that’s so. It might be not enough something to proceed it.

The hotel was very noisy , every thing was old and smells. The hotel customers service was slow and not very helpful.

wir hatten ein zimmer für 6 personen in wohnungen und es war ein wenig überraschend, weil es anders war als die bilder. es gab ein wenig schimmel im badezimmer und in der dritten nacht hatten wir eine kakerlake. sie boten uns ein neues zimmer und zwei tage frühstück, aber die tatsache des umzugs in der mitte des aufenthalts war ärgerlich. aber die lage ist sehr gut und praktisch.

ドバイモールにもDIFCにも近く、また、メトロ駅にも7-8分で便利な場所。 アパートメントでしたが清潔でスタッフも普通に明るく親切で良い対応でした。 中庭の日本食？レストランの食事は全体的に日本人には辛過ぎ値段も高かった。
