“ Had to wait 1 h for shuttlebus and it was quite uncleat where or when (or if) the shuttle bus should come. No signs, no information, nobody we asked knew. The room was good, quiet, clean. “On a business trip and joined a conference. The breakfast room with everthing spread out at different stations was extremely frustrating.
