“Quiet, clean property in a very nice little neighborhood. Directly across the street from a church that you can hear soft organ music playing from. My partner and I found the unit had everything we needed. We had some trouble with check-in, but Robert was very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!”

“The house was as described in the listing. Clean. We like that each room had its own heating/cooling unit to set as we liked. We traveled with our adult children. Everyone enjoyed the patio area with the hot tub/outdoor ax game. Convenient walking distance to shopping, eateries, and not far drive to local attractions. ”

“The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.”

“It was convenient that there were two fast food places nearby. Also close to a decent breakfast cafe, Walmart, Ross,etc. All in all it was comfortable, clean and family friendly. The only thing odd was the placement of the toilet in the bathroom, but it didn’t have an effect on our stay or comfort. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the home as well.”

“Hector, the host, was communicative, available and helpful. The house was just what we needed to be nearby family we were visiting. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, with a nostalgic California Brady Bunch vibe. The vibe continued inside the house, where some rental updates still don't obscure the underlying 80's bits. The back yard was pleasant, bedding and towels were clean and accommodating, TV and wi-fi were good, and kitchen appliances allowed for great morning coffee and a little...
