Åker gärna tillbaka till Dubrovnik men kommer ej bo i gamla stan igen. Lägenheten låg bra, charmiga trappor och nära till restauranger. Då lägenheten låg i stenhus var det mörkt, fuktigt, unket utan möjlighet att se dagsljus eller vädra. Handfatet rann dåligt , ofräscht, vilket vi klagade på, åtgärdades ej. El i lägenhet kändes ej säker, ena uttaget vid säng var tejpat, livsfarligt! detta fick vi fixat under vistelsen. Elektrikern städade ej utan fullt med murbruk på golvet efter det bytts uttag. Hyresvärden beklagade och sa att ingen anmält något tidigare. Tycker nog att de borde inspektera regelbundet. Kan ej rekommendera boendet.

Lagom lägenhet!
Stannade två nätter här. Mycket bra läge för den som vill bo mitt i gamla stan. Rent, fungerande AC och trevlig värd. Lungt om nätterna då det ligger i en gränd en bit från huvudgatan. Många trappor att bestiga för att komma till lägenheten, kan nog vara tufft om man inte är fullt rörlig.

The place is strategic enough that we cant complaint at all. Getting to the place can be easier via Buza Gate. Coming from Pile gate maybe tougher :) Backpack is highly recommended unless you want to feel the challenge in bringing up your big luggage :p House can be better if the house odour is eliminated and sticky flooring. Other than that, everything was perfect and we will still recommend this place if you are visiting Dubrovnik!

Great stay
Amazing apartment right in the old town. Yes, you need to go up a few steps but the views down to the street below are great. One minus though, the shower was fixed with a cable tie making it impossible to stand underneath as it was moving down constantly.

This was a lovely place for two people for a few days in Dubrovnik. The only downside, and it may be a significant one, it that it is up steep stairs.

This property is very basic. Two light bulbs went while I was there. There was only one toilet roll so I had to buy more. It was damp. There was the beginning of black mould on the walls, the bedding and eventually my clothes became damp. On the upside it was right in the centre of the old walled city. A minutes walk from cafes, bars and the most beautiful beaches and busy Medieval city. It is also located up a very steep flight of ancient steps. Be prepared to carry your luggage up these steps. Make sure you know where the apartment is before you start walking as you don't want to be walking up and down more than you need to. You will die of a heat attack!!!

It was good for sleeping, quite small but we were out and about all day! There’s a million stairs so beware. Also, the recommended parking is EXTREMELY expensive so I suggest Dubrovnik city parking and making the 30 minute walk or catch a taxi. The AC unit is small but efficient for the sleeping area. The cleanliness was poor and I found a used ear swab on the nightstand as well as hairs in the bedding. But, we made do and it’s in a prime spot for dining and Old Town adventures.

- The place was very damp so we never got comfortable. - Outdated facilities and a lot of things were out of order (e.g. the remote for the air conditioning/ heating unit, one of the air conditioner, etc.) - Probably a lot of hotels/ apartments in Dubrovnik are the same, but so many stairs to climb, and problematic with luggage. (No help was provided) - Didn't realise how little contact/help would be provided. (In Split, we stayed in a similar settings where the owner had the apartments as a secondary source of income, however he met and greet us from where our taxi dropped us off, and carried our luggage and checked us in and out in person.) - on the day of checkout, all electricity and water got cut off about 10 minutes prior to the checkout end time. (Not sure if it's a standard for Dubrovnik, but certainly not a greatest thing to experience - made us feel like rushed out the door as money making has been completed.) - we left our luggage in the hallway (we learnt that there's no secure storage only one we got there) as our bus was in the late afternoon. The front door key was changed and there was no reception obviously and the owner was uncontactable. Luckily after 10-20 minutes of banging the door for help, one of the guests heard us and let us in to collect our bags. We almost missed our bus, and that could have had a huge impact to our plan (we would have missed correcting flights next day, etc.).

The location of this property was great. It was right in the old town but is up a steep flight of stairs. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was only one glass and not many utensils, one knife etc. the pans that were there were not in great shape. The kitchen felt very dirty. The bedroom was a good size but the dresser was broken. The apartment was very unique and it was nice being close to the old town.

Great location inside Old City Dubrovnik! Be advised if your are hauling heavy luggage...you wil get a great workout schlepping up and down many stairs. Comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with mini-frig, microwave, toaster, water kettle, dishes. We would stay again.

Beware that the hotel is up a million stone steps. If you are not up for that i wouldn't select this. The rooms were very dark but clean and nicely renovated.

The rooms were well appointed but shabby. There was peeling plaster, abroken chest of drawers and very noisy air conditioning. People with heart or lung disease or even minor mobility issues should be strongly warned that there are 72 very high avd uneven stone steps leading to the place

Appartement conforme aux photos. Literie médiocre avec un côté affaissé et un matelas très mou. Le logement est un peu humide compte tenu de sa localisation et de la bâtisse ancienne. Le logement est bien décoré et propre. Il est également bien situé dans le centre ville de la vieille ville et à mi hauteur des escaliers, ce qui rend l ascension pas trop difficile.

The owner of the property is very accommodating and considerate; I arrived late at night and stores were closed, and she gave me oranges and cookies— very personable. I would recommend this place. The only thing to take note of is the number of steps one needs to climb.

Nice place to stay
We loved staying within the city walls in Dubrovnik, very convenient to all the sights, food & drinks. Dubravka was very friendly & helpful in getting us someone to take our bags to the taxi stand when we left. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb to get the apartment. We had 2 large & 2 small suitcases which would have been a challenge to take up if we hadn't run into 3 young Aussies who offered to help us.

Air conditioning broken. They entered into the apartment to fix it whithout our agreement. We hadn’t read their e-mail asking when they could pass to fix it and they decided to just do it and then let us know.
