Fantastiskt gästvänlig och hjälpsam personal, gav oss en kort och tydlig info om Dubrovniks sevärdheter, och var flexibla med utcheckning och parkering för dagen efter vi lämnat boendet. Rent och fint på rummet, fin altan/terass, som en liten oas i stan. Lugnt på natten. AC funkade väl, men vi stängde av den helt efter halva natten. En trappa ner till parkeringen som kändes säker. Ca 20 min promenad till gamla stan, annars gick buss 8 dit för 15 kuna, cash på bussen funkar. Utrustat kök, men utan kaffekokare så vi tog med presson in. Suveränt boende, rekommenderas starkt.

Trevlig värdfamilj som hade boendet i lugnt område med en fin trädgård. Gångavstånd tll gamla stan och stranden samt busstation. Dock jobbigt med delat badrum då under den veckan som vi bodde där då vi fick dela badrum med nya familjer hela tiden trots lågsäsong och att alla de andra rummen de facto var lediga

The slope in front of the hostel was much steeper than I expected, but the location was good. The owner was kind enough to keep my luggage after I checked out. I hope to stay here again someday.

It was within 20-25 minute walking distance to Old Town. There was a grocery store nearby. It’s was decently clean and great for a 4 night stay.

A perfect option for those who want to see Dubrovnik without overspending on accommodation. Very quiet and safe environment but with good access to the Old Town or Gruz Harbour by bus or on foot.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. das Personal war sehr freundlich, flexibel ( unser Flieger hatte Verspätung ) und zuvorkommend. Das Gasthaus liegt in der Nähe zum Hafen. Aber auch in die Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Der Bus hält fast vor der Tür, dort findet man auch einen Supermarkt und Bäcker. Eine Strasse weiter ist eine große Einkaufsstraße mit Drogeriemarkt, Schuhgeschäft, Banken, Einkaufspassage und mehreren großen Supermärkten. Das einzige, dass es zu beachten gibt ist, dass man gut zu Fuß sein muss und kein Problem mit Treppen haben sollte. Mit einer Gehbehinderung oder Beeinträchtigung ist das Gasthaus und die Umgebung schwer zu erreichen.

20 mins walk to bus station and port area. But a flight of stairs to reach to property from road level. Room is quite spacious with air conditioner and bathroom was new and clean. Good garden area to sit and relax.

This hotel seems to be run by a family, and they are really kind and nice. They advised me where I should go what I must eat. Hotel is clean and there are some supermarkets around the hotel.

너무 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 호스트 아니카는 매우 친절했고 빠른 체크인도 도와주었고 객실은 넓고 깨끗하고 모는것이 다 잘 갖춰져있어서 편리했습니다. 침대도 편안했고 침구와 타월들도 모두 깨끗했습니다. 객실앞에는 야외테이블도 있어서 공간을 넓게 쓸수있고 그곳에서 차도 마실수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 야외 뜰에는 빨래도 널수있는 공간도 있습니다. 올드타운까지 멀지도 않고 걸어서도 갈수있고 버스도 근처에서 탈수 있습니다. 모든것이 다 좋았던 숙소였습니다. 추천합니다.

Great stay at Guesthouse Anica
The hotel is very conveniently located walking distance to the old town. There is also parking available, which is very difficult to find at Dubrovnik. The host is very nice lady and makes sure that you have everything. I would totally recommend this place.

Quarto limpo. Difícil de achar. Estacionamento um pouco confuso. Muita escada pra subir com mala. Local simples mas ok. Atendimento ok. Prestativo. O Maior problema são as escadas pra subir com as malas. Perto do transporte público. Não é mau, mas talvez veria outra opção que também tenha estacionamento gratuito.

A little bit overpriced, but this is Dubrovnik...
+ room furnishing was clean and in good condition, bathroom was equipped with washing machine, patio in front of the room - a bit away from restaurants and city center; difficult to reach with heavy bag from the main road (steep and long staircase with no drop off zone for taxi); room was a little claustrophobic; wifi very poor

部屋はとても快適でした。オーナーの方もとても感じの良い方で、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かっていただけました。バス停やスーパーが近く便利ですが、バスは本数が少ないので、時間のないときはタクシーの方がいいと思います。

Super appartement
Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans l’appartement. Très calme, la literie est confortable et il est très bien équipé. La terrasse avec transats et la table pour manger devant chaque appartement est appréciable. Le parking est plus qu’appreciable a Dubrovnik et l'hôte nous a permis d’y rester toute la journée. Je recommande vivement la guesthouse anica

Fantastic!
Great guesthouse in a quiet location. We stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well equipped plus the owner was friendly and helpful. It is in easy walking distance of the old town and also the bus station. We would definitely recommend this guesthouse!

This was an amazing find, and a great experience. Anica has created a wonderful environment, and she's extremely welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect: far enough away from the busiest areas of Dubrovnik to be restful, but close enough that you're within easy walking distance to just about everything. Very safe establishment and area. Lovely, clean rooms with modern amenities, including kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioning. Wonderful value, and very highly recommended!

Lovely Guesthouse
Clean, flat with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Room had double bed, table, two chairs, wardrobe, two powerpoints. My flat had fridge, kettle, toaster, cooker within the shared facilities and washing machine was in bathroom. Located 25 minutes from old town by walking. Please be advised Franco Prešerna is not a conventional street; it is a section of steps., probably not suitable for chair users or those with poor mobility on foot. Pleasant stay; would stay again

Nous sommes arrivés le soir pour une étape d'une nuit qui nous a permis de visiter Dubrovnik de nuit. Il est appréciable d'avoir une place de parking gratuit. Attention aux escaliers pour porter des bagages, surtout s'ils sont encombrants ou lourds. Agréable reception de la propriétaire. Chambre moyenne mais petite cuisine à disposition.

Warm and friendly welcome. Information on the area and local landmarks was provided on arrival. Accommodation and amenities were fantastic. Clean, spacious, secure and handy to old town Dubrovnik and transfer meeting points. Would highly recommend.
