Dubrovnik, a great destination!
An excellent choise when visiting Dubrovnik. Right in the middle of the car free old town. Nikolina will take good care of you and she has tons of suggestions of what to do and where to eat.

Great hotel with perfect location.
Me and my brother had two rooms at the top floor of this hotel for three nights, Thursday to Sunday. And I must say that this hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were verry cool due to a quiet A/C even though it was 32 degrees outside all days we were there. It got beautiful stone walls and a verry cool look that matches this old town. We had our rooms on the top floor. It was really quiet there. It’s location inside the old town walls is perfect. Verry close to all restaurants and museums. The hotel offers transportations from and to the airport for a small fee. Nikolina who runs the hotel came and met us outside the walls when the transportation arrived since the cars aren’t allowed to be inside. She followed us all the way to the hotel and showed us places of interest on the way. Thanks for all the help and service we received from you. I can really recommend this hotel.

En Adriatisk klenod
Ett enkelt men trevligt personligt ställe att bo på. Mitt i Gamla staden nära till allt, hamnen bl.a och bad Vi var supernöjda. Utflykter med båt till öarna. Åkte även till Mostdar. Hade det fint överhuvudtaget. Bra restauranger. Det enda som vi tyckte var lite jobbigt var alla stora turistflockar som anlände från kryssningsfartygen. Vår värdinna Nicolina var supertrevlig och hjälpsam, rolig att prata med. Och katterna så fina.Dubrovniks alla katter.

Quiet and hidden away
Villa Sigurata is a very cost place very central but hidden away up a little alleyway that is very near the cathedral and the main market place in the old town. Nikolina met me at one of the gates into the old town and everything worked out wonderfully. There is a little kitchen downstairs where you can make a light meal. Everywhere was clean and tidy and Nikolina and her daughters take good care of their guests!

Mysigt boende med nära till allt
Väldigt omtänksamma,trevliga och smidiga värdar. Bra tips och rekommendationer. Lätt att trivas i den smakfulla miljön. Nära till allt. Lite hög luftfuktighet i bottenvåningen. Svårt få något blött att torka.

Everything for a vacation in one place
Old town Dubrovnik is a dream for a tourist who likes history, old times, streets and buildings, strolling around, have koffee, ice-cream, food, wine, liquer. The live music speaks for itself and it is easy to take a swim, although from cliffs or go by boat to calm Lokrum. Villa Sigurata with professional service Nikolina makes the stay even more genuine. This I will definately recommend to others.

Trevligt familjehotell i gamla stan
Mycket centralt familjehotell i gamla stan. Hotellet har renoverade rum med god standard. Nikolina som sköter/äger hotellet var mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsam med bl.a transporter och information och tips om sevärdheter och restauranger.

Mycket prisvärt boende med rena fina rum och fantastiskt trevliga ägare. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka hit och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Vi reste i juli och det var varmt (35 grader). Rummen har AC och är mycket fräscha och välstädade med eget kylskåp. Vi reste 2 vuxna med 1 barn. Stannade 3 nätter i Dubrovnik. Badade på dagarna på ön Lokrum, en oas! Turistade i gamla stan på kvällarna. Dubrovniks är en fantastisk plats. Missa inte utsikten från ringmuren i solnedgången, magiskt!

Extremt trångt i gamla stan
Nikolina, vår värdinna, kunde inte ha varit mer tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Hennes man, som hämtade och lämnade oss på flygplatsen, likaså. Dock är de bara närvarande på morgonen - resten av dagen får man klara sig själv. Läget är toppen, precis bakom katedralen i en charmig liten gränd med tvätt utanför fönstret. Priset för att bo centralt är dock extrem trångboddhet. Vi fick vindsrummet med snedtak i hela rummet, så man kunde bara stå rak längs ena väggen. Och man slog huvudet i takbjälkarna ett antal gånger per dag. I den ena sängen kunde man bara sitta upprätt precis vid fönsterkupan. Väldigt obekvämt och svårt med mycket packning. Dock - rent och snyggt och med grymt effektiv luftkonditionering. Men vill man ha en bekväm vistelse så ska man nog bo någon annanstans.

I april med fint väder blev vår semester otroligt bra. 3 vuxna med olika intressen fick allt. Hotell Sigurata har enormt fina ägare och gav oss ideer på engagemang. Luka hämtade oss på flygplatsen och Nikolina gav oss massor av info på engelska om utflykter, bagerier affärer restauranger etc. Rummen var mycket fina och rena och frukost fixade vi oss själva i gemensamt kök. Fri tillgång till the o kaffe ga vs. Rummen har eget kylskåp för frukost etc.

Personligt hotell, unik miljö
Hotellet är litet och rummen också, men vad gör det? Läget är perfekt på en lugn liten gata mitt i ett av Unescos världsarv, med alla sevärdheter (katedralen, palatsen, stadsmuren, Stradun, kyrkorna, gamla hamnen osv) runt hörnet och närmsta strand på promenadavstånd. Game of Thrones-fantaster känner kanske igen sig, några scener spelades in på den här gatan, och det säger väl en del om miljön. Nikolina, hotellets ägare, är underbart trevlig och tillmötesgående, och hjälper gärna till med tips på sevärdheter, restauranger och vad du för övrigt vill få veta. Rekommenderas varmt!

Vi var i Dubrovnik 4 dagar. Läget är suveränt och Nikolina ger massa bra tips på restauranger.Enda nackdelen lyhördhet i huset - ta med öronproppar om du är känslig.

The location of this hotel was excellent, in the heart of the old town in Dubrovnik. The owner Nicolina was also very friendly and did everything she could to make you feel comfortable and help you.

Rent och bra. Mysig miljö! Centralt i Dubrovnik.Bra kök och badrum. Trevlig värdinna Nickolina och städpersonal. Min säng var lite hård. Huset väldigt litet vilket gör att rummet var trångt. 67 stentrappor upp från huvudgatan Stradun gör det bara lämpligt för dem som inte har några gångsvårigheter. Vi klarade det och blev så småningom riktigt snabba på att gå upp och ner!

Mitt i medeltiden i Gamla Stan
Nicolina skickar en vägbeskrivningn - följ den. Men ta också med Nicolinas telefonnummer :) Jag läste inte gick fel, och ringde - då kom NIcolina och hämtade så jag slapp irra mera. Det var bara början. NIcolina gör ALLT för att din vistelse ska bli så smidig som möjlig! Läget är verkligen mitt i gamla stan och jag kan tänka mig att det kan vara ganska stökigt nattetid mitt i säsongen. Men som turist utanför säsongen kunde jag inte ha bott bättre!! Helt underbart!

The hotel was great. It's small and the room was a bit small, but it was comfortable and very clean. It's a little difficult to find, but the hotel management was very helpful and accommodating.

旧市街の中にあるアパルトマンなので、お土産が重くなった時にちょっと置きに戻ったりでき、便利な立地でした。また、オーナーの方とも事前にショートメールでやりとりできたのでチェックインもスムーズでしたし、ドゥブロブニクの見所やおすすめのお店も教えたので助かりました。 建物も趣があり、お部屋もとても可愛かったです。テレビで楽天TVを見られたのは嬉しい驚きでした。(NetflixやAmazonプライムもありました)

Great spot with great hosts
We loved Dubrovnik overall and spent quite a bit of time in old town. Nikolina and Luca could not have been better hosts. The accommodations were exactly as illustrated and very comfortable. The directions to find Villa Sugurata were also excellent although they weren't required since Nikolina met us at Ploce Gate and led us to the villa after her husband Luca had met us at the airport and brought us right to here. She was a warm and welcoming host with lots of tips and information to share about the area and Croatia in general. Based on this stay we would love to return to Croatia and if we're in Dubrovnik we know where we'll be staying!

What a wonderful host Nikolina was - very friendly, approachable and helpful !! The Old Town of Dubrovnik is so beautiful and magical and this property couldn’t have been situated better for my wife and I !! We used the transport to & from the airport, driven by her husband Luca and this proved to be so much easier than being dropped off by a taxi and not knowing where to go - obviously we still had to do a bit of walking, as there are no cars allowed in this part of town !! The room we had was lovely and clean and was a lovely haven for us to return to each day !! Thanks Nikolina & Luca you were great !!

The unit is the old town. Finding the place can be a challenge during a day and nearly impossible at night. Fortunately, the host will meet you at the Pila and get you to the place. You can walk, use the bus to get around the town or go to the top of the hill, if you are looking for a nice hike and view. Bring water!

Nikolina, our host, is an absolute gem! She was incredibly helpful and made our trip so easy. The rooms are beautiful in the old part of the walled city. If you can, definitely stay here!

Our host was fabulous! We were at the property for less time than expected, but Nikolina made us feel right at home. She provided us with lots of useful information about Dubrovnik. That helped us better enjoy the city. The unit was in excellent condition and very clean. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

You made booking last second and you didn’t know that you can’t reach Villa Sigurata by car. Old town is pedestrian zone only. You didn’t reply to my welcome letter even I supose you didnt read it. If you replied to me earlier than all your problems would be resolved. I could find even cheaper parking for you. We don’t have parking and it is written on the site and expensive parking place is not the reason to be mentioned in the review of Villa Sigurata.If you follow my directions it is easy to come to Villa Sigurata even with big luggage but if you are lost I will always help and find you and take you to Villa Sigurata.I hope to see you again at Villa Sigurata.All the best,

Only about 10 stairs to get there. I like being 3 minutes away from busy area, not in it! Opposite side from main gate, so very close to waterfront. Bit confusing to find, behind the cathedral and up through a wide path with restaurant tables in it. Had to put actual street address in Google, then had to phone owner to get in ( evening arrival, she came as phone was ringing)

This hotel was an amazing find! Very well price compared to hotels in the area, and walking distance to everything. The host is an absolute gem. Incredibly helpful and accommodating to your needs. Highly recommend!
