Great location right next to Old Town. Lovely view of harbour and Sea through a small window. Excellent hot water, Lots of narrow steps up to the apartment made it very difficult with luggage. Interesting internal space though not practical. I contacted the day before re my ETA as requested, but no reply.

great view, great location.. was in an attic room.. which ended up being terribly annoying getting in/out of bed, we kept bumping out heads on the ceiling. kitchenette not well stocked, the shower was awful, and there is barely any hot water. also the cable kept cutting out, so the small tv wasn’t even usable.. glad i wasn’t there for longer than one night honestly..

This apartment was super close to the old town and all amenities we were looking for to visit. The owner was always available to help and guide us. The only negative side was the curtains in the shower as they did not kept water inside and we were flooding the bathroom floor every day. Apart of that we really enjoyed our stay.

A very lovely place to stay
This garret apartment is adorable! It is newly refurbished, bright, sunny and airy. It is just outside Old Town, so you don't have to fight the crowds, but the windows look out onto the harbor and the City Walls. We were very happy here during our 3 night stay.

Excelente localização.
Trata-se de uma residência familiar, com apartamentos independentes no último andar. O pessoal foi simpático e prestativo. Boa cama, lugar muito limpo e silencioso. A localização é o ponto alto, está a 2 minutos da melhor praia da cidade, e a 1 minuto da porta para a cidade velha. Realmente é a melhor localização em Dubrovnick. A melhorar, as instalações do banheiro, pois o box é muito pequeno, não tem prateleiras e conta com uma cortina velha que não segura a água, molhando tudo.

Great views, ok room.
The view was really incredible, the apartment was big with lot of Windows. The shower was horrible and the bed not very confortable. The price was too high for the amenities, although the location was perfect.

Wir waren für 2 Tage in Dubrovnik und nur zum Schlafen und kurz duschen in dem Appartement. Dafür ist es auf jeden Fall OK. Für einen ein wöchigen Aufenthalt würde wir etwas mehr Komfort buchen. Das Mobiliar ist sehe sehr einfach und teilweise schon sehr alt. Die Küchenzeile haben wir nicht benutzt, aber es gab dort kein Wasser. Töpfe gab es auch keine. Insgesamt liegt der Vorteil dieses Appartements eindeutig in der Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in 3 min mitten in der Altstadt. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte kurz an der Bushaltestelle gegenüber des Appartements halten, das Gepäck ausladen und dann das Auto auf dem Parkdeck vom Hotel Atlanta abstellen. Da kostet der Tag 120 Kuna, das sind ca. 17 Euro. Das ist im Gegensatz zu den anderen Parkhäusern sehr günstig. Insgesamt war uns diese Lage auf jeden Fall die Abstriche beim Komfort des Appartements wert.

Great location for the Price
Location was outstanding. It was hard to find the place as there was no name. Only a green door with No. 6 on the top. It took us time to find it. But it was just outside the main gate of the old city of Dubrovnik. The hotel is in a very crowded place but nice walk to the old city or the beach. Keep in mind be prepared to dish out money as everyone in Dubrovnik is out to make a buck. Paid US$150 for parking over night. $130 to get a bed by the beach. The free beach does not have access to sand, only large rocks and boulders.

Absolutely loved this cool little apartment. We stayed here with our two boys, which was nice to find a place so close to the Ploce gate that sleeps four people.

This is an old apartment just outside the old city. We stayed in a room on the top floor with low roof(attic). You can hear creaking sound as you walk up the stairs(many steps) and in the rooms. Very basic accommodation with minimum and run-down facilities. Very tiny kitchen with gas stove but without cooking pots. However, a small microwave oven was provided. The bathroom with attached toilet is just tiny and old… An aircon is mounted in an obscure corner in the kitchen. The sleeping rooms can be warm without aircon in summer. The rooms were not well maintained, and they were quite dusty. Our major disappointment was the infestation of cockroaches(big). The pests were crawling all over the place including our beds and we managed to catch a few on our first night there. One of our rooms was facing the busy street and it was noisy till early in the morning. The view from the other room was just amazing – views of the sea, harbour and the city wall. The apartment is next to a mini supermarket and close to many restaurants. It is only a short walk to the entrance of the Old City.

침대가 불편한 숙소
이 숙소는 간판이 없어서 찾기가 어렵다. 오래된 건물임을 감안하더라도 관리가 잘안되고 있는 것 같다. 위치는 성문 바로 임금이고 공항버스 내리는 곳 바로 앞에 있고 숙소 좌우에 마트와 빵집이 있어 편리하다. 거의 민박 수준의 숙소다.

Quarto situado no sótão de um prédio ao lado da Ploce Gate, uma das duas entradas da cidade velha. Há padaria e um mercado colados ao prédio. A visão da cidade velha da janela (quarto 2) é simplesmente deslumbrante e viciante. A cama é boa, a água é quente, o espaço é arejado, há wi-fi grátis e... o que mais você quer? O proprietário é bem objetivo na recepção, falando sobre as regras e dando dicas para aproveitar melhor a cidade.

Sucio, viejo y descuidado
El lugar es demasiado viejo, con vigas apolilladas, el piso está hundido, al caminar es un ruido tremendo el que hacen, en la aplicación dicen que te dan amenidades, y ni jabón de manos había, queda en un cuarto nivel, no tiene ascensor, son más de 60 gradas las qué hay que subir, las fotos que aparecen, son de otra propiedad, solo vez al tejado de la casa de la vecindad, bastante descuidado, no vale la pena. Aparte al reservar dan una dirección, que al llegar con maletas debes de caminar casi 800 metros para llegar al apartamento y luego subir gradas. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo para nada, es sucio, viejo y descuidado.

Emplacement parfait juste à l’extérieur de la porte sud de la forteresse. Attention: Si vous venez en voiture, pas de parking: si vous avez de la chance parking le plus proche a 800m en basse saison, impossible en moyenne ou haute saison. Les chambres ont vécues mais elles sont propres.

Excellente situation pour visiter et boulangerie et petite épicerie juste en bas de l'immeuble. Mobilier de récupération très rudimentaire dans les couloirs et l'appartement. Le toit en pente pose problème pour entrer et sortir du lit sans se cogner la tête. Dans la salle de bain, une ampoule manque au-dessus du miroir, l'éclairage au-dessus de la douche ne fonctionne pas, le dernier tiroir de la commode est incomplet, la lunette de la toilette est branlante. La vaisselle est hétéroclite et très "pauvre". Pas de rampe dans la deuxième volée d'escaliers. Beaucoup de poussière dans les couloirs. Propriétaire correcte dont le fils est très serviable.

It offers a good view of the dock and very convenient to get to most places. The owner did respond to our requests but I think they need to make the place slightly more cosy? The table area is very dark and that can certainly be improved. But we are happy with the overall situation l.

Understand what you booked, then enjoy the view
The location and views are amazing. Beyond that, this are cheap, basic accommodations. You will wonder when you show up at the front of the building, which looks pretty rough. The bathroom in my room was laughably small, and the furniture and fittings are older and quite simple. The bed was comfortable enough for a few nights and felt clean. But the view!! Oh my, day or night the views are like a postcard of Dubrovnik. The walk to the gate of Old Town is about sixty seconds. For the price,hard to beat.

We stayed in the top floor apartment with a distinctive sloped roof and a window that opens right onto the beach (ocean sounds are great to fall asleep and wake to!). The location is perfect--it's just outside of the east gate to the Old Town, and right below where the cable car and the airport bus depart from. Innkeeper businesslike but friendly. Dubrovnik itself deserves its reputation and popularity--stunning locale among cliffs with gorgeous aqua-blue water everywhere around, while the old town is festive, bustling but still charming and retains its medieval feel amidst modern comforts.

FANTASTIC Location
The apartment is within mins to the old town. The great thing about the location is that there are buses and taxis that stop in front of the apartment hence easy to find. You dont want an apartment in the old town as you will be draging all your bags given that cars dont go there and you will be going through many stairs. The owner of the appartment is very helpful and can assist you with all tours. The appartments are great size with lovely views as well. All restaurants and shops are walking distance. I will stay here again

最悪、長旅の疲れはとれない
褒められるのは場所のみ。後は最悪。部屋は一見綺麗だが枕カバーは異臭を放つ。外して部屋の隅に置いても臭い。シャワーは排水が悪く水が溜まる。お湯は一時的で直ぐに水にかわる。風邪をひき、次のスプリットでは2日間寝込み、高いツアーを直前キャンセルする。タオルは3泊してもバスタオル、フェイスタオルの2枚のみ。そして夜になると音楽の音が鳴り響く。最初は近くのナイトクラブかと思ったが、どうやら息子の部屋が真下であった。音は上にひ響くものだ。移動の長旅で疲れていると予想して、暖かいシャワーと気持ちの良いベッドを期待したが、それはない。オーナーはフレンドリーだというが、友達になるわけじゃない。とにかくストレスのたまるアパートメント。ほかの部屋は大丈夫なのだろう。
