There was one big problem with this room. There was no ventilation in the room so it got very humid since we were told not to open the window.

prisvärt med toppenläge
Prisvärt rum med perfekt läge innanför murarna. Lugnt läge och nära parkering/taxi så man slipper dra bagage i stadens branta och långa trappor. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd.

Enkel bra lägenhet i tysta kvarter
Lägenhetshotellet ligger väldigt bra till innanför den övre porten till Gamla stan. Varning dock för att det är över 80 ganska tuffa trappsteg ned till torget och alla sevärdheter där. Värden var mycket trevlig och serviceminded. Lägenheten är helt ok och området är tyst kvällstid.

Det här är ett mycket trevligt och modernt lägenhetshotell mitt inne i centrala Dubrovnik. Betyget som vi ger (tre stjärnor) baserar vi på en jämförelse med hotell generellt. I jämförelse med andra lägenhetshotell så blir betyget högre, fyra stjärnor. Värden är väldigt trevlig. Alla bekvämligheter finns. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende.

Rent och centralt i gamla staden
Mycket bra belägget lägenhetshotell i den lugna delen av gamla staden. Nära till hamnen, linbanan och bra restauranger. Trevlig ägare som gärna delgav sina bästa tips.

Great location, clean room, helpful owner
The apartment is at a great location in Old Town. Very central, yet quite. There is a window you can open up, but no view as there is a house just a few meters across it. The apartment is clean and has all you can ask for. Comfortable beds and pillows, although I had wished there would be a few extra pillows than one each. Very nice and helpful owner! Easy check-in and check-out. Overall an apartment I could recommend. Good value for the money.

The property is in a great location in old town but that’s pretty much it. The room was small and the beds were uncomfortable. I was annoyed that I had to pay in cash as well and wasn’t notified about it after booking online.

Had to pay in cash . No prior notice. Wi do did not work at check in. Flimsy sheets. No blanket out. Owner with a large ego. Save the trouble. Don’t go here

Dear Mr. Damisch, Dear Sirs, We appreciate your comment and always want to draw conclusions from each comment to correct any errors. Unfortunately your comment does not correspond to the truth because the Expedia page stated that the payment option is cash ( no credit card), also wifi worked throughout all your stay (we came right after your call and your wifi worked). We also have all the necessary bedding and if you needed a thicker blanket in August you just had to look at the front desk. For a comment about the owner's ego, I think it's enough to read the other comments that say it all. Thanks again for your visit and comment.

Ren leilighet med fin beliggenhet. Aircon funger bra og service ved innsjekk var bra. Kun kontant betaling. Standard er normal hva man kan finne i gamle byen. Dessverre var der brukt et eller andet rengjøringsmiddel/duftmiddel som luktet helt forferdelig og vinduene var nødt til at stå åpen på natten pga av dette. Dubrovnik super herlig med travel atmosfære.

Apartment was in a great location, shower and bed were average. Host was very helpful showing us where everything was. Use the "North gate" to enter, saves you a 50 stair climb!

Chambre idéalement placée dans la vieille ville
Très bon séjour à Dubrovnik, grâce à notre hôte qui nous a très bien accueilli et orienté dans la ville. L'appartement est dans la vieille, idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la rue principale (il faut aimer les escaliers par contre...). Nous avons eu celui sous les toits, plein de charme, climatisé au besoin, assez calme dans la nuit. Parfait pour être proche de tout ce qu'il y a à voir.

プジャ門から徒歩1分のアパートメント
初めてのドゥブロブニクだったので、すぐにホテルが見つかるかどうか心配しましたが、プジャ門から歩いてすぐのところでした。重い荷物を持って石畳の道を歩かなくても済みます。旧市街の中なので観光には至極便利、ロープウェイ乗場、城壁巡り、プラツァ通りもすぐ近くです。ただ、プジャ門の駐車場はタクシーの待合で混雑しているのとドゥブロブニクの駐車場はすごく高いので、荷物だけ降ろして歩いて10～15分のところにある Public Parking に駐車することをお勧めします。

Simple, Clean, perfect Location
Situated just inside the Ploce Gate on the east side of the Old City, this quaint three-room hotel is perfectly situated to tour the old city with easy access from the parking areas. This is important if one is carrying suitcases as the city has many irregular steps. The small rooms are simple yet have everything one needs to enjoy a night or several nights as they include basic kitchen appliances. There is a wonderful restaurant just around the corner that serves a delicious breakfast.

ドゥブロヴニク旧市街の北側に位置するアパルトメント。ピレ門側からだと急な階段があるが裏門からは近い。旧市街の観光にとても便利。飲食店も近くにたくさんある。部屋は清潔だった。アパルトメントなのでシャンプーや歯ブラシは持参したものを使用した。タオルやドライヤーはありました。ルームサービスも特に無いが困ることは無く、オーナーが連絡先を教えてくれるので安心。支払いはチェックインの時に現金のユーロで支払った。

街中でアクセスは極めて良いが、支払い方法に注意！
ドブロブニクの旧市街内にある小奇麗なホテル。看板はわかりにくいが、気さくな店主がうろうろしていて、すぐに迎え入れてくれた。多くのホテルがエクスペディアにカードで先払いすると思っていたが、ここの支払いは当日・現金のみであることに注意！ ホテルの部屋自体は広くてきれい。ワンフロアに一部屋。バスタブはないが、シャワーは十分な強さで出るし、使わなかったが簡易キッチンもあった。ドブロブニク中心部まで階段を下りてすぐだし、朝食も夕食も良いレストランが近くに一杯ある。

Superb Apartments within the City Wall.
Excellent apartments just within the city walls. Fantastic service from Pero the owner who couldn't have been more helpful. The apartments are small but in a superb location - just down the steps in 2 minutes is the Strada and before that lots of little cafes and bars. It really makes a difference to stay within the city walls in order to experience the breathtakingly beautiful city of Dubrovnik. And Pero was a star. Very helpful. Suggest you get him to organise your airport transfers also. Or at least meet you by the Buza Gate as the apartment can be a bit difficult to find first time around. Only drawback of the apartment is a steep climb to get to them from the centre but keeps you fit of course !

Charming and great location.
Loved our stay! Perfect location for enjoying the old city of Dubrovnik. Apts. are easily accessible if you are dragging suitcases--at top of stairs near Buža entrance. Groceries within short walking distance so you can stock beer, yogurt etc and cook a little on range top with two electric burner tops. Fair amount of necessary cooking utensils, plates etc and even two wine glasses to enjoy the excellent local wines. Dish soap, sponge, towel in kitchen area, soap dispenser at bathroom sink but none in shower so need own shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Plenty of towels. Own housekeeping.

Great location with a welcoming host
A quaint little apartment in the heart of the old town, this is great accommodation if you only have a few days to check out the delights of Dubrovnik. The room itself was comfy with all the necessary amenities, while the bathroom was both clean and functional. Our host was most helpful in making suggestions of where and what to do while ensuring we had everything we needed. But it's the location that really makes this apartment such an appealing option.

The owner Pero was an amazing host. Bright personality and we had a great time at this beautiful city of Dubrovnik! Just be aware of stairs, there are a lot of stairs in the old city and this apartment is also above the stairs.

Convenient location
The apartment was in a very convenient location very near the city gate and the cable car. The apartment was clean and comfortable and you had everything you needed to cater for yourself if you so wished. The owner was very helpful indeed and let us keep ours keys after we had checked out so we could leave our luggage in the lobby until we left for the airport.

*** 결제는 only cash.(유로나 쿠나) 카드결제 하려고 갔다가 적잖히 당황;;; 1. 두브로브니크 올드타운 내에 있고, 플로체문에서 가깝다. 2. 골목 제일 꼭대기임.(트렁크 들고 계단 오를 것을 각오해야됌.) 3. 반예비치or 케이블카 Or 공항버스 타러 가기에는 제일 가까운 위치라 돌아올때는 편했음.(가장큰 메리트) 4. 숙소 내부는 깨끗하다. 5. 사진과는 다소... 차이가 있지만 대체로 깨끗하고 아늑아늑. 샤워실도 깨끗. 6. 드라이어가 없다!!!! 7. 간판도 없다. 주소를 꼭 적어가길.. 8. 사장님은 친절하시지만 상주하지 않으므로, 미리 연락을 하고 갈 것. (요기에 기재된 전번이 국제전화용 전번 이라, tele2 유심을 이용하게되면(국내전화) 전화를 어떻게 걸어야 하는지 모르겠음... 여튼 난 통화를 못하고 1시간 기다리다가 우연히 마주친 2층 숙박객분이 전화걸어주셔서 간신히 들어감 ㅠㅠ) 9. 아침에 창문을 열면 성벽투어 하시는 분들과 인사를 하게됨...굿모닝~ㅋㅋㅋ 10. 여러모로 고생을 하긴 했지만 잘 쉬다가 왔쩌여

Excellent location in the Old City of Dubrovnik
Generally, we enjoyed staying at Apartments Pavisa, which was conveniently located in the Old City of Dubrovnik. The owner, Pero Pavisa, met us where we were dropped off by our driver and accompanied us to the apartment. While Mr. Pavisa was amicable, we were surprised to learn that he only would accept cash in local Croatian currency for payment of our three nights accommodations and expected full payment in advance. This meant making a separate trip to the ATM to withdraw more cash. He explained that he was too small a business to accept credit cards. Had we known that Apartments Pavisa accepted cash only, we probably would have stayed elsewhere in Dubrovnik. There are many similar apartments and small hotels to choose from. In other locations in Croatia where we stayed in private apartments (such as Split), credit cards were accepted for payment upon checkout. The apartment itself was newly renovated and comfortable.
