Great location in Old Town in historic building. The staff could not have been more helpful in helpful in getting in and out of Old Town (no cars allowed). Rooms were comfortable. Great breakfast.

Great little boutique right in the middle of the old town. No reception/restaurant/bar but very helpful/attentive staff. Lots of bars and restaurants just outside. Nice bathroom and big bedroom. Stairs only to rooms. Quiet even though it is is just off one of the two main walkways.

What a lovely hotel! Perfect, perfect location as it's just steps away from one of the main pedestrian streets in Old Town yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. Staff were all truly wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, just a terrific experience start to finish.

This hotel was located in a great spot inside the old town, close to bars, restaurants and the beaches. The main host, Neminja could not have been more helpful or friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always willing to help with reservations and recommendations. The room was amazing, clean and really comfortable.

More of a ABB we were in the annex we were in two of the 3 rooms. You enter from a door in the street to the kitchen where you have breakfast. You must tell them when u want breakfast and someone will come and prepare it. There is no elevator, staff will bring luggage up for you. The majority of photos on website are not Of the annex. There is no safe, luggage stand, no tissue, phone. There is a call button which summons the staff. They come to your door to seee what you need. There is no restaurant bar or Common areas. You are in your room or outside. Expensive for just a room.

This little gem sits on a quiet street in the middle of the walled city. The room was wonderful - just as beautifully unique as the pictures on the website showed. The staff were exceptional. We felt very taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our accommodations at St Joseph’s. Very clean, shower and bathroom were very nice, our breakfast was included in our room and it was amazing every morning! Worth every penny! Only thing we weren’t fond of was all the stairs but that is unavoidable in the area. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! Staff was incredible as well, taking our luggage to and from the gate to meet our driver. Amazing place to stay!

I loved everything about this property!! It is a gorgeous, small hotel in Old Town, Dubrovnik. I would give the staff more than a 5-star review if possible. They were attentive to every detail of my stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was included and served in each guest room every morning. It was delicious. Just minutes from everything you would want to see and do in Dubrovnik. As a regular traveler, I rank my stay at St.Joseph as one of my all-time favorites.

Beautiful boutique hotel in old town Dubrovnik. Located in two buildings. Main building rooms are larger but other building has small private area for breakfast. Service is excellent and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms well appointed. No restaurant but so many options within 1 minute walk. Would definitely return.

Beautiful small hotel in the heart of gorgeous Dubrovnik old town. Well appointed rooms, delicious breakfasts served in-room by gracious staff, very helpful and knowledgeable concierge who recommended terrific restaurants, made the reservations for us and then escorted us to the restaurant. Superb stay in Dubrovnik!
St. Joseph's was the ultimate stay within the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The accommodations were very nicely appointed, perfectly located with superb breakfast; staff so helpful and attentive to all aspects of our stay. This would be a definite recommendation for your reprieve in the Old Town.

The staff especially George and Nemandja were exceptional. Luggage was lost by the airline and they tracked it down and had it delivered to the hotel...they even let us use the hotels washing machine to wash and dry clithes before we left. Breakfast was served tobour room every morning and it was great....i cannot say enough about this hotel. The location is perfect

What a great stay! This hotel is top notch. The location is perfect if you want to be in the Old Town. The accommodations were comfortable, chic and clean. First Class Stay
Our stay really helped us enjoy our trip more than we would otherwise. It was like staying at home. The hotel is near the centre of the Old Town. You can come and go as you please. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Maja and Nemanje for their superb service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This is the perfect hotel - I wouldn’t change a thing! Our hosts George and Nemanja were wonderful - helpful with reservations, passionate about the beauty and history of Dubrovnik and truly charming. The room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast delicious (fruit, meat, eggs, cappuccinos, pastry and green juice or smoothie) and served in the room beautifully displayed. The location could not be better and central to everything Dubrovnik had to offer.

High-end service and accommodations in Old Town
One of the best hotel experiences I've had in over two decades of travel. While everything was excellent, I would specifically call out the service from the hotel staff (George, Lotta, others) on multiple fronts - from tracking down my lost luggage from the airline, to coordinating a tour to Montenegro, to the included made-to-order breakfast everyday, and the luggage service to and from the hotel and outside of Old Town. It was truly a wonderful stay that I can't recommend enough.

Situated in the center of the Dubrovnik old city, the location can't be beat. Beautifully appointed rooms in a building hundreds of years old on a quaint alley and service that goes above and beyond. George carried our luggage and escorted us from the city gate to the hotel within the walls of old town. But that wasn't all, he made restaurant reservations for us and then walked us to the restaurant! Breakfast was beautifully served in our rooms by cheerful and helpful staff who attended to our every need. This is the place you want to stay when you visit beautiful, friendly and historic Dubrovnik.

My favorite hotel of my three week stay! Super professional and accommodating staff (on par with a Four Seasons), very quiet room and hallways, beautiful breakfast (although "in room" because of Covid), a perfect location to see the old town on a quiet street. Luggage transport was not a problem. I will definitely try and stay here again and recommend to all.

The communication from the staff is amazing. We wish we had more days there - we were previously at a brand hotel just outside of the old town. There is something special about the St. Joseph - it is warm and personalize - romantic! We will definitely stay there again.

I can’t say enough good things about our family’s stay at St. Joseph’s. The location was perfect, inside the Old Town where one can walk to restaurants, bars and all the sights. The staff was incredible…from meeting us at the gate upon arrival to help us with our luggage (no cars are allowed in the old town walls), to making recommendations for tours and restaurants, to happily answering any of the many questions we had. The breakfast was delicious and was delivered and set up in your room at whatever time you requested. Our time at St. Joseph’s contributed to the magical stay we had in Croatia.

If you want to experience thd Old City you can't do any better than this. This is a beautiful boutique hotel nestled on a small street just steps from all the "action". The room was modern, well furnished and exceptionally clean with a cute kitchenette and a nice dining table. The table was necessary because each morning we were served a beautiful breakfast in our room. With fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, cakes, meat, cheese and even a hot platter of eggs everyone was more than satisified. Try the green smoothie! The staff was excellent and helpful in every way possible. They escorted us in and out of the Old City to our taxi as well as helping with ferry information and, of course, city recommendations. My family and I could not have asked for a better experience! Absolutely top notch!

I booked our stay at St.Joesph's in Dubrovnik based on all the positive reviews of the hotel staff and service. Our stay there confirmed what a great property this is. The staff couldn't have been sweeter and accommodating. They really helped in so many ways, including recommendations, setting up transfers and little things like assistance in making change from large bills. A great group of people. Additionally the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Good bedding, plenty of room, great shower and lovely design. Five star ratting across the board.
