“The place is in a great spot to get to many of the national parks. Almost right in the middle between Bryce and Zion. The place looked brand new and was quiet and clean. Couldn’t have picked a better place. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area again.”

“The property was very clean and made to please. The house layout was great and spacious. It has Direct TV which I didn't get along with but I didn't spend a lot of time watching TV. My only disappointment was the lemons on the island were fake. LOL. Doing a hiking trip for 3 days at Bryce Canyon. Easy to find and work from. Ate at Cowboys in Pangtuich and the Pines on the way to the canyon in the morning. Both good for breakfast.”

“Driving up to the property, we thought the GPS was confused! The house is up/along a winding dirt road with rock formations along the side. The house was beautiful including the decor. We found everything we needed in the house. The bedrooms upstairs had large and very comfortable beds (you have to use the step provided to get in them as they are very tall due to the wood frame) The bed downstairs was not comfortable however. "This hotel was a great place to stay at. We are normally very sensitive and picky with the cleanliness and this hotel did not disappoint. The location was great with amazing views, receptionists were friendly, breakfast was good and parking was convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a free shuttle stop right outside the hotel that takes you to and from the Zion national park. If you want, you could even walk there in under 40 minutes. All in all, nothing to complain about and if I return to Springdale again, this is the place I would be staying at again."
