“It is large and clean. 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with sofas. There is a grill and firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher (which didn't work when we were there). The yard is small and on a busy street, and there is a storage building outside which was not secured, so it would not be suitable for children to be outside on their own. “The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were very helpful, as our family packed light and spent many days exploring both Bryce Canyon and Zion. This home provided a comfortable central location to head to either park. I would absolutely recommend it!”

“House is just as described. Location is good for those traveling between Bryce and Zion, in a quiet area. Kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. Beds are comfortable. Entertainment area upstairs with a pool table, games with nice outdoor patio. The large hot tub off the kitchen downstairs is also great after a long day hiking. Easy access in and owner is easy to contact. The only way upstairs is the spiral staircase for anyone with mobility issues. There isn’t much...

“This was a beautiful home to stay at while visiting Zion and Bryce. Everything was as pictured and Michelle was a very communicative host. We enjoyed all of the amenities, including the hot tub. Would suggest bringing food and drink if possible as the local store is small and a bit limiting. Overall, highly recommend.”
