“It is large and clean. 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with sofas. There is a grill and firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher (which didn't work when we were there). The yard is small and on a busy street, and there is a storage building outside which was not secured, so it would not be suitable for children to be outside on their own. The landscaping on the front is overgrown, so the street number is not visible on...

“Worked out well for our family get together. 6 adults, a 4 year old and a baby. Everyone had plenty of room. Kitchen island is tall - which I liked - but there weren’t enough chairs for all to sit on. The stamped cement floor has SERIOUS issues - falling apart throughout the place - that should be fixed. Also, the place is not finished with construction - but that did not affect our stay. We had a great time at this VRBO in Hatch, UT. We would go back!!”

“The tiny home at East Zion Resort was excellent for a family of 4. The home was as expected based on pictures and had everything you needed in the kitchen and was great to have a washer and dryer. When we were there, no restaurants nearby were open for dinner so we ate in each evening but we preferred that so we could relax after a day full of hikes and adventures. Only recommendation is for one more comfortable chair so a family of four could sit down to watch a movie/TV. Highly recommend this...
