“Awesome place on the canal. Great view, clean, and just about everything we needed was there. Other than needing a water hose down by the dock for washing the boat at the end of the day. Overall, couldn’t be happier with this place. Definitely would stay here again. ”

“This condo was perfect in so many ways. The location is beautiful, quiet and so relaxing. After a bit of a travel challenge for our arrival it was so nice to wake up in the mornign and have what we needed to start the day - coffee and tea!Alec and Lucy were such wonderful hosts. The communication was flawless throughout and they checked in to make sure everything was working for us. If there was a 6 star rating I would have gone with that!”

“This villa exceeded our expectations. All the bedrooms have king size beds and there is a 3/4 bath on the first floor which was unexpected and perfect as all the couples had there own bathroom. Melissa was very fast to respond to some issues (smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms needed batteries) and maintenance was there within the hour. The pool was heated and very private. I would highly recommend this place to stay. ”

“We booked a newly renovated 1 queen bed and 2 twin, 2 bedroom villa. The twin room was SO small they had the beds touching each other pushed into a corner, and there was only about 12 inches of space between the bed and wall to walk to the bathroom. No room for luggage, and they had to be put in the closet. There was a dresser that we had to put in hallway bc we couldn't even open the door all the way. Pictures were very deceiving. Another family we met at pool booked a 2 Queen room with pullout...

“We had an enjoyable stay at our condo at Duck Key, Hawks Cay resort. The owner was responsive when we had an issue with one of the toilets leaking.The kitchen amenities were a bit lacking. The pots and pans were a challenge, one frying pan was warped, one of the pots was beyond use, non-stick surface was all chipped off and not useable. We had to use the oven to toast our morning bagels or bread, there was no toaster. We did request a toaster, but one never arrived. The blender was...
