“The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. ”

“Beautiful, quiet and clean property. Host very responsive.Brought our boat there. Trailer parking is offisite and included with slip rental at the marina. The marina is walking distance and boat slip visible from balcony. Slip prices vary by season. We went mid September and was 325 for 3 days. ”

“Peaceful, clean, comfy beds. Beautiful view. Our grown kids enjoyed fishing and paddleboarding out back. My only suggestion is that given it was a VRBO that they provide dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs. There was zero shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Luckily we brought that but there were bottles in there that were empty. All in all we would stay there again. Just minor details that could be improved. Not a complaint just a suggestion.
