The location is perhaps the quietest key - one road in, one out. The place is tidy with many amenities. Note the villas are attached and you can hear your neighbors to some extent, especially the washer/dryers. “Condo was very nice. Screened in porch has a water view with access from the Master, the den and one of the other bedrooms. Enough room in the kitchen for a short term stay. Check in was easy. Close to Marathon. No hand soap or shampoo in unit at check in but owner had some delivered as soon as I requested.”

“Salt & Ash was great - both the food and service. Breakfast service at The Cafe was inconsistent - outdoor eating area was not kept clean and servers were indifferent. Angler & Ale was ok. Gift shop was good. Unfortunately the Dolphin Connection has been discontinued but is still being advertised. Too much chair saving in the pool area made it impossible to find chairs in main pool area on the weekend. Fortunately we could availability in Oasis pool area with our 12 yr old daughter. “Easy booking process and host was gracious and welcoming, available through duration of our stay.Unit: location was good, unit was clean when we arrived, easy to access with front door code, reasonably stocked bathrooms with necessities. Layout is exactly what we expected and gave our family of four plenty of space to spread out, probably more space than we needed but we had larger party at time of booking and several backed out semi-last minute.
