Upon checking out four days later the day clerk was most helpful and she apologized for his behavior. Also did not realize there were two different rates when booking thru Expedia. We stayed Th, Fr, Sa, Su and found that the advertised rates of $102 only applied to Th and Fr and Sa and Sun it went up to $149...

“Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean. Property had some signs of wear that needs updating. Pool was closed during my stay for Maintence. Location was good - about 20 min commute to Knoxville”

“The perfect little place to stay right in Middlesboro . My room was nice and clean and Quiet and had a little kitchen . It has dog friendly rooms and a pool too . Even had a complimentary Washer and Dryer . Staff was very nice and accommodating.This will definitely be my go to , on my next trip to Middlesboro .”
