“Room was okay, but on the smaller side and the water pressure for the shower was terrible. Breakfast was on the lower end of decent and was the same every day. The pool is too small for the amount of people that stay there and its really warm, which is okay for the fall and winter, but in the summer time, it's way too warm. It's in a good location, right in the middle of pigeon forge, but thats about all thats good for this hotel.”

“We stayed in room 365 from 7/4-7/6. Immediately upon entry I inspect beds at all lodging as a precaution, and comforter had what appeared to be a dirty footprint from someone’s shoe almost right in the middle, unsure if it was just residual pigment from a washed out stain. This room also has a SEVERE ant problem we quickly found out after my boyfriend’s snack was FULL of them 4 hours later. They seemed to come from around the AC unit to the right of the dinner table. "Fantastiskt bra läge, vi uppskattade verkligen att kunna bada i poolen och samtidigt se staden runtomkring. Mycket bra parkering. Rummet var fräscht, och det erbjöds nylagad omelett till frukost vilket vi älskade."

"Room was very spacious and clean. AC was working and easy to adjust. Coffeemaker with pods and cups etc. Full kitchen. In my opinion good bed but I don’t like to have separate sheets, better with a whole ”duvet cover”. The only problem was check in where I was supposed to get a mail with door code but it never came. No answer either when I sent message asking for the code. Sent message through hotels.com so can’t say where the problem is. I managed to sneak in with other guest and luckily found a receptionist. I recommend to make sure you get the code before arriving. The code opens all doors including room. Location is great, only a very short walk to Broadway. Will stay again but need to find a way to get the code in advance."
