A6 - Spacious apt w pool, terrace and sea view

You'll enjoy your stay in this spacious 140m² apartment with five balconies, a shared pool, and sea view in Duce, a small sea village right next to Omiš, Croatia — just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach.

Notice: Maximum capacity is five adults and one child — please don't book for six adults.

You'll love this roomy, fully equipped two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment on the second floor of a private house. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, its own balcony and A/C (first bedroom also has a TV with cable). The living room has A/C, LED TV with cable, a comfy sofa set, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, two stoves, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and coffee maker — ready for you to prepare any meal you like. Bathrooms have bath, shower and hair dryer. You'll also find a commercial washing machine, safe, iron and ironing board.

We provide, free of charge: a parking spot in front of the house, high-speed Wi-Fi, clean linen and towels. A baby cot can be arranged free of charge too — just ask in advance.

Pool and garden are shared with our other apartments in the house. Pool is open from 1st June to end of October.

House rules: No smoking indoors (balconies are fine), and sorry, no pets. Please keep the apartment tidy and be mindful of noise for others in the house. Check-in is 2:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM (flexible if possible).

For security, please send us each guest's name & surname, place & date of birth, citizenship, ID type & number, address and gender — within 1 hour of booking if check-in is more than 48 hours away, or within 30 minutes for same-day bookings, or we reserve the right to cancel.

Duce is one of the loveliest spots on the Omiš riviera, loved by families for its long sandy beach shaded by evergreen trees — perfect even when the sun's at its strongest. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are all within walking distance, the bus station is just 150m away, and Split Airport is 40km from the apartment.
