The description outline a great location but it was very desolate with dirt yards in front and next to the property. Parking backs up to an alley and it's not in the best area in town. I would not recommend the property to families or female solo travelers. “Good and bad during our stay:Location is awesome - parking on the street was easy and the drive into downtown was about 10 minutes. Amity Coffee is next door - I’d highly recommend - great drinks and baked treats. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped.For us, the bedroom and bathroom were less than desirable. The bed creaks every time you move. Shifting in bed, getting out of bed, climbing in - creak, creak, creak. It wasn’t the best rest. And the shower experience was bad....
