“Absolutely loved this property. Very roomy and great location. Cosy and warm. Very pet friendly with secured garden. Views of bay are amazing. Easy access to beach and 5 minute walk. The only thing we wish it had was a cloths airer as weather can be unpredictable at times. Overall we had a great stay. ”

“Peaceful and beautiful! Fall asleep to the sound of the river. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional, and the lounge gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had access to a beautiful private garden as well. Note that there are very few services in Canonbie-the closest grocery stores are in Gretna.”

“Larger rooms and property than expected with a huge kitchen , central heating and every thing you would need to self cater. Quiet location with gated parking. Greatest views of Ireby and Uldale fells, and 100mtrs walk to the breattaking views of the Solway. Do not have any hesitation of this great propery but be aware you are close to all tourist locations but is a great getaway for walks, etc. One slifht issue, not reLly worth mentioning is that the grass needed cutting and the cumbrian...
