“The hotel was easy to find. We were arriving late in the evening, so notified the proprietor who messaged us back with a code to access a key and our room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, even though our was a brief overnight stay. We would certainly stay here again. ”

“I was warmly welcomed to this B&B. It is a beautiful house set in extensive grounds. From my window I had lovely views of the garden and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated and the bedding was soft and comfortable. With the warmth of the welcome and the excellent breakfast I would agree this is an excellent 4* and worthy of its great reviews.”

“A warm welcome from the host, we had plenty of room to park ( always a good thing) the bedroom was nice and spacious with a small but functional bathroom. Breakfast was excellent the first time in 2 weeks in scotland where the poached eggs where cooked to perfection. (I love a good breakfast)”

“I didn't actually get to stay there a key code was never sent so i had to make alternative arrangements and pay someone else for a room im now still waiting for a full refund no apologies or anything else so im waiting for a full refund off £450 thats what i want ”

“Fantastiskt bemötande i genuin miljö. Alla rum är inte färdiga ännu (juli 2017) men de gör sitt bästa för att man ska få en bra vistelse. Vi fick träffa lokala sociala förmågor och hänga i baren med värdinnan som alla bidrog till att skapa den stämning som vi var ute efter att uppleva i det riktiga Skottland/England. Det absolut trevligaste boendet på en rundresa i England och Skottland på tjugo dagar.”

“Link House is a welcoming beautifully located place to stay. Peter and Katie have created a warm and attentive atmosphere. They have an eye for detail and excel in hosting. The whole house was wonderfully clean, tastefully decorated and comfy. Breakfasts were lovely too! We definitely recommend a stay at Link House if heading to the Keswick area. ”
