There are two well presented double bedrooms, each with a plush double bed and considered décor. The larger bedroom also includes a sofa.

Kitchen and Dining
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for short or extended stays, with an oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and washer dryer. The dining table looks out towards the River Tay.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk in shower, sink unit and WC, finished to a high standard.

Location
Princess Street Studios is well placed for exploring Dundee, including the waterfront, V&A Dundee and Discovery Point. Complimentary parking is available in the small on street council car park opposite the apartment, on a first come first serve basis.
