“The room was clean could do with some touch ups here and there. Bed comfortable. Shower really good. Receptionist polite and efficient. Location good and a short walk to invergowrie.”

“Our host was lovely and helpful in the run up to our stay, answering questions we had, which made things easy for us. The property was in a very convenient and quiet/peaceful location with good facilities nearby. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped (although we couldn't find a hairdryer which would have been useful) and we enjoyed our stay very much. We'd recommend and would stay again.”

“Location is convenient for the most part. Parking is a bit deceptive as you need to part almost a block away. Tried to "What App" the host as suggested but got no reply. Small apartment with no fans (very hot) to use and had no air conditioning.”

“Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.”

“Hated writing this one. Were huge on not caring too much about overall condition and usually go based on price concern with a balance of convenience, quiet and cleanliness. Great place if you can actually get it cheap and just need it a night or two. TONS of stairs, don’t book if you have a bunch of luggage or are by yourself and have several pieces to carry. “Compact apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Hot water is good & hot. Good Fish and Chip shop around the corner (had the Haddock with chips and curry which was delicious and a good portion size) and a sandwich bar that serves breakfast items too (bacon butties recommended). Really good bakers across the road with numerous choices. Close to Montrose town centre and beach and on the way in from Dundee and the North. Benefit of Netflix on site and free WiFi.
