“Very cute property ”

“The property is lovely and convenient to three state parks. We hiked, saw waterfalls, and shopped at the mennonite community. After our activities we had this lovely little home to come back to. It was a perfect place to spend our anniversary. We hope to come back and visit again!”

“Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended ”

“This owner really knows what they are doing! This home is very well appointed with great attention to detail. And who doesn’t want a luxury massage chair to relax in after a long day, loved it! One of the reasons we picked this home was because of its central location but we were a little disappointed that it was not within walking distance to some of the downtown restaurants and attractions…Also you ”

“We loved the beautiful yard for our dog and space for her to run and you can’t see the neighboring homes. Great views. The home’s very clean and has nice kuerig pods, and some extras for guest to use for cooking. No cell service,our phones said SOS but WiFi works ok. It is out in the country though so to go to restaurants - it was about a 20 min drive. There was a cow and a donkey that came for visits at the property fence. There was a a bit of a musty smell to the home and the staircase going...

“Our stay was superb! The house is lovely! It’s beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The train didn’t bother any of us even without the ear plugs provided by the owner. The best part was the neighborhood and close proximity to all the fun things Chattanooga has to offer families. Southside has so much to offer regarding coffee, lunch, and dinner, and the neighborhood felt so safe. The only thing I wish I had known before hand was that there are two steps separating the kitchen from the den....
