“This is a fantastic property. The location is perfect and New Ross has some interesting sites and great restaurants. This property was very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms excellent. The owner’s agent was welcoming and even had sconces and tea for us. Overall this property is a 10+. We’ll return and recommend to family and friends!!”

“Barbara greeted us with two friendly dogs. Cabin stocked with milk, juice, butter, farm fresh eggs and bread. It was a clean, efficient base to explore Waterford. We enjoyed our peaceful evenings on the porch.”

“Clean, comfortable and relaxing. We came down from Dublin and spent two very relaxing nights here. We swam in the Celtic Sea, and spent time in the pubs with the locals. Some musicians befriended us while walking and everyone was so friendly! The property manager met with us promptly on arrival and gave us a nice tour and overview. Enjoyed every minute!”

“The house is at the of a quiet cul de sac, next to lovely woods. It's a 5 minute stroll to the gorgeous beach, perfect for sea swimming. The house can get a bit cold but it's a good size and inside the property was very clean. One small suggestion....cleaning the living room windows would be a good idea, they were very spidery! A great place to stay though, would recommend it”

Kilmore quay a short distance away was our favourite. Directionsto thecottage were somewhat vague and we had to stop for directions(twice).”
