They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. “I was relocated to this hotel because I was having issues with the pool amenities at the hotel I originally booked. Glad I was relocated here, the Expedia member called them prior to confirm no pool issues . Our suite was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. “Pro's it was clean inside but outside needs better up keep. There's parking but limited we ended up street parking Cons is the slipperiness of the room from whatever they sprayed all over the furniture and floor. The bathroom had nowhere to put soaps or bodywash etc. It was quiet and ok”
