“The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.”

“Love that they have complimentary breakfast. Buying anything from the store in the lobby is a no go moving forward though you don’t know the price until they ring up the items and they are drastically over priced. Other than that the rooms were nice we did see ants and maintenance had to be called to fix a leak from the dish washer. The response was quick.”

“I think this is the first hotel review I've ever done. My stay at Moca was horrible. I think this is a pay by the hour kind of hotel. There were bodily fluid marks and stains everywhere including the ceiling and headboard. I thought the floor looked a little dirty but didn't think too much of it. Then I noticed a dead fly on the floor, but upon further inspection it was someone's fake eyelashes, which confirmed my thought that the floor actually hadn't been cleaned. “For being what it is, it was OK. Wouldn't stay here with my family, but as someplace to crash overnight it wasn't bad. A bit run down, but the room was clean and the bathroom had even good soaps, shampoo and lotions. Front desk guy (behind glass) was friendly and helpful. ”
