“Perfekt hotell för en dag med shopping. Bra ställe att äta på just utanför och trevlig personal.”

“Bra och prisvärd hotell, gott om p-plstser, och ca 15 mintyiöl prndeltåg in till NYC ”

“We are repeat customers and everything about our stay was fine.”

“Nice location next to two good subway stations at 167st that take you everywhere in Manhattan and also Brooklyn. Good size rooms and amazing showers with perfect pressure. Decent breakfast. Free water, coffee and bagles 24/7 in the lobby. Perfect for New York tourist.”

“Staff was very accommodating and friendly!”

“Wonderful personell”

“Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”

“Värda 5 stjärnor med tanke på hur rent hotellet är, fick städning varje dag riktigt bra utbud på frukosten, personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, hotellets position i New York är toppen med bil. Återkommer gärna tillbaka.”

“Great stay, convenient location”

“The property needs to be updated. My wife and I love the staff and Dante specifically is amazing and goes above and beyond. The cleaning crew is also very nice and amazing. This is on the property itself. The hotel was at full capacity and we had no water pressure or hot water. It smells like mildew everywhere and the rooms are falling apart. The AC is held together by tape. I stay there because it is convenient for my family. But I cannot stay any longer until this is updated.”
