“Wonderful trip! Ed was an excellent host and very attentive to our asks. Thank you”

“Great communication and super accommodating!”

“Great location near DuPont but quiet street easy parking. Pleasant. Very clean. Accommodating owners. Can’t wait to get back!”

“This location was wonderful. Safe and cozy. I also really appreciated how close it was to the metro. If we come back staying here again would be a plus!”

“Great, cozy location in an artsy district of DC for a couple to stay! Harris Teeter 100 yards away was very convenient to lay in some supplies. Felt very safe and secure at this spot, highly recommended for any trip to DC. Easy Uber ride (20-30) to all the sites. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This place was absolutely perfect--just the right size, so close to the Metro, a lovely neighborhood, great restaurants and coffee shops, and easily walkable. The hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and quick to respond. Visiting DC was a breeze and I highly recommend booking this apartment. I would stay here again!”

“The host was very attentive and ensured that I have all the information I needed. The place was very cozy and super cute. Love it. Thank you”

“Amazing location and very quiet neighborhood that is close to many dining options and walking distance to the white house and GW. highly recommend!!”

“Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! ”

“Owners were very responsive for battery replacements and water. Needing some items for the 5 star experience but we made do. Very close to bus lines for traveling down to the mall. Enjoyed our stay and felt safe in this neighborhood.”

“Clean indoors, entry to basement apt could use a fresh coat of paint. Would recommend keypad entry instead of actual key. For the one evening we were there, it was sufficient. Only used the apt for a place to sleep.”

“Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro.”

“Very clean and conveniently located. Neighborhood was relatively quiet. Host was extremely accessible and helpful. We had a few minor hiccups that Carlton fixed immediately. Highly recommend!”

“We had an amazing stay here. The accommodations were perfect for the three of us and communication was easy with the host. We had our car with us and the parking was convenient during our stay - we walked, rode the bus and metro to get around DC. Thanks for the great place!”

“Spotless, great place, awesome host, easy parking”

“Basement apartment with bugs and rats. Would not come back here. There is a family that lives upstairs and you can hear them like they’re in the same apartment as you.”

“This place was the perfect location for visiting a friend in the DC area. It was clean, had all the amenities listed plus other supplies we didn’t think to bring for the weekend. Our host Kelly and her husband were kind and checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. I would definitely book here.”
