Våra 4 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum lägenhet (enhet 13) ligger i Sitzmark Building på Purgatory Resort och erbjuder bekvämlighet under alla årstider. Detta är en riktig back-in / ski out-reträtt precis vid basen av en av Purgatorys favoritlöpar, Lower Hades. Skidor ner till höghastighetspaketet på morgonen och åka tillbaka till din dörr på eftermiddagen. På våren, sommaren och hösten är mountainbike- och vandringsleder bara den andra sidan av ytterdörren. Det här stället kan inte slås, och det är nära skidåkningsbasen, alla restauranger och butiker och de främsta bekvämligheterna i den huvudsakliga skidåkare byn Purgatory.

Dessa lägenheter erbjuder gott om plats för flera familjer och har en öppen planlösning. Det finns massor av spel / pussel såväl som DVD-skivor för din njutning och lägenheten har också parkering vid enheten, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, WIFI och en gasgrill ..

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Denna $ 300-betalning tillämpas på det totala förfallna beloppet och återbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna ovan till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

Excellent location for the family

Great place to stay. Clean with plenty of room. The back yard is a perfect place to let the kids play. We would be happy to book a stay here again!

Awesome stay for a group ski trip!

The property and location was perfect for a ski trip. Communication was great and they always responded promptly to any questions. Would recommend this place to anyone and stay here again.

Great Location

This ski-in, ski-out condo offers ultimate convenience with direct slope access. Cozy and well-equipped, it's the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain. Ideal for both comfort and adventure. Great for family and friends we enjoyed the space with multiple floors to accommodate kids and adults.

Great morning view

This is the second time staying here, my 4th year in Durango and it has been a great time each year. The rooms are on different levels which makes it easier with my teens. There are tons of utensils, cups and pots/pans. I love all the space the loft has. We had a grill for steaks with the family. Thank you for being a great host for my family & I.

Amazing view of Engineer Mountain

We had an amazing time at Purgatory once again! The living room area had upgraded sofas that were not shown on the original photos so that was a nice surprise. The master suite had a bidet. The townhouse is a great ski in/ski out location. Each bathroom had a small care package which we loved. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. VRC was very responsive the entire time.

Spacious condo, great views

The condo was very large and we had plenty of room for 6 adults to relax after a day of on the slopes. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Our only advice to the property manager would be to consider replacing the dishwasher in the unit with a better one and maybe giving all the dishes a deep clean.

Great spot for snowplay

We had a great time staying here. At the back of the house is a deck with a grill and seating and a large area for kids to have snowball fights, build a snowman, and go sledding. Plus you can ski in ski out, what could be better! The house itself has plenty of space for two families. The bathrooms were a little tight but we made it work. It has everything you need for a week vacation. Tip - have your groceries delivered through Instacart and save yourself so much time! The property management company was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you're planning to visit Purgatory in the winter. It's probably great in the summer too. Just know that there's not a lot of amenities at Purgatory, you have to drive to Durango for shops, groceries, and restaurants.

The only thing is that in the description it did not mention that it was three stories high and some people might find it very difficult to go up and down. Also, it is not really ski-out, as you have to climb walking about 10 meters. The kitchen has everthing, but probably put more pots and pans, as for 8-10 people is somewhat limithe.

There was plenty of space and we loved the kitchen/main area. The mud room was especially appreciated being how we didn’t have to track up the house with all our ski gear! It was definitely a ski in right to the door but not a ski out. This still was not a problem being how you just had to make a very short walk on an already packed trail to the ski trail. We definitely liked the fact that there were bathrooms on each level. The only thing we wished we would hv had and didn’t find one was a broom! Very minor!

I wanted ski in ski out and ripping on Debbie and your this place definitely is. You walk out the back patio and take a tiny walk crossways onto the bottom of the green run YBR to get back to the condo. Just stay on it and ski around the gate and I was able to ski directly onto the patio.Also, it is a very nicely stopped condominium. A full set of matching dishes, glasses, and wine glasses. Everything you needed for cooking. They also were kind enough to provide an adequate amount of toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and even extra little goodies like linen spray for the bedsThe management company is incredibly good to work with. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend this property. This is the second time I have rented through vacation rental collective and I highly recommend them

The boot warmers were crucial. Although you can ski into the cabin, we ended up driving to the base every morning as it’s easier with all of the things and small kids. Definitely add in the access to the Durango mountain club if you have kids. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and letting them play in the pool every evening. Firewood is provided, but pick up some kindling or starter sticks in town id you want a fire in the evening. Bring your own EVOO, pepper, spices, etc. they have a kettle for coffee and tea. They provide trash bags, laundry pods, paper towels, tp, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap and a small amount of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

Only complaint was that We arrived during a snow storm. I would highly recommend 4WD as we were never able to make it up the steep incline to the condo. Even the other family with 4WD took till day 3 to make it up. The ski out was “sporty” day 1 as we had to make our own path to walk as there were 16” of fresh snow, but became easier each day. We found a path to ski in just past the car gate was a blast for the kids...all the way to the back door. The boys had to be pried away from the sleds after skiing hours. Great living room layout for game nights as well. Thank you so much for sharing your home!
