“Great location! Such a beautiful area to walk around — the Animas River Trail is amazing to have so close, especially with the botanical garden right along it. We saw so much wildlife, explored downtown, and enjoyed plenty of restaurants. Got our steps in and loved every minute of it. Lots of wildlife and deer you name we seen it! ”

“Purple Juniper was in a great location. Nice and quiet street within walking distance to Main Street with all the restaurants etc The unit was clean and very comfortable! Had all we needed. Communication with Victoria, the owner, outstanding. The Best we’ve experienced with VRBO rental. Durango a great town with a lot to experience, wished we stayed longer. ”

“We were in town for my son’s wedding at Purgatory, so the location was perfect. While the house was amazing, we all loved the front porch and yard. We played lot’s of family games. Our favorite sounds were hearing the Silverton train echo up and down the canyon. We will be back for sure. Thank you Anne!”

“Just a short 2 night stay in Durango. House was clean and had great coffee choices. Love that they had Ryze mushroom coffee. House was clean and just as described. Great internet service with Starlink. Only suggestion would be better porch lights. Solar porch lights didn’t really give off any light. ”

“Nice location. Got to see turkeys and deer. House was very nice and use of garage was a big bonus. Only complaint was the smaller bathroom upstairs. My friends said they almost slipped in the bath tub. Not a game changer though. Parking decent for two trucks with UTV trailers. Drove UTVs to Lake Vallecito and rode a trail that was off of the 501A. Would stay there again.”
