River Bend Ranch är en privat ranch i Durango, Colorado som ligger bara 10 mil från det historiska Durango centrum. Våra tre sovrum, två badstuga ligger mellan pil och tallar på vår privata öringdamm och har också ett täckt däck med vedspis.

Vi är belägna på Million Dollar Highway i Animas Valley på väg till Purgatory Ski Area (20 minuter) och Silverton (50 minuter).

Kom till River Bend Ranch och njut av skönheten i Animas Valley och en av de mest unika egenskaperna i Durango. Kabinen är utrustad med kabel-TV och gratis trådlöst internet.

Saker att veta om din vistelse.

Vi är en arbetande häst- och boskap, men vår verksamhet kommer inte att störa din vistelse. Vi har också en bröllops- och evenemangsplats i världsklass på en sjö tunnland nära kabinen. Du har tillgång till utomhusområdena på fastigheten utom när en händelse pågår, vilket naturligtvis inte kommer att störa din användning av stugan, däck och damm. Och du har alltid tillgång till floden Animas.

Vår privata öringdamm ligger cirka 20 meter från ditt bakre däck. Det är inte inhägnad och du måste följa barn eller de som inte kan simma noggrant. Vänligen reservera inte fastigheten om du har säkerhetsproblem eftersom det gäller tillgången till dammet eller floden Animas.

Durango Silverton tåg av fastigheten dagligen (mitt på morgonen och tidig eftermiddag).

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Denna $ 300-betalning tillämpas på det totala förfallna beloppet och återbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna ovan till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

Vi erbjuder rabatter på både sommar (forsränning, fisketurer, ridning etc.) och vinter (ski / snowboarduthyrning, slädturer, snöskoterutflykter etc.) aktiviteter.

Pet friendly but very clean! Convenient for hosting infant and toddler during the wedding. Great place to take a break from the festivities. Quiet location. Our family loved waving at the train. We also had excellent views of the hot air balloons!

We had an amazing time at River Bend Ranch! The family that owns it is so sweet and kind! My husband and sons loved fishing the pond for trout. I loved the view and sitting outside enjoying nature. If you want a place to relax and recharge… this is it! This place did not disappoint!

Nice setting, great stay

We chose this property due to the location and ample parking for our trailers. We met an international group of friends and really enjoyed our time here. The outdoor space is a great addition to the house.

Piece/peace of heaven

It’s hard to explain just how wonderful, beautiful and peaceful the whole property is. We wanted to stay where we would see wild game and beautiful scenery of Colorado. God provided it all! The owners are a wonderful family! We are ready to stay there again soon, We live in West Texas and it was so great to find out the owners had family in our area.

Wedding/Anniversary Getaway

The place was absolutely beautiful. My nieces wedding was at this venue so it worked out perfectly for us. It was our 1st wedding anniversary so we decided to make a weekend of it. The only thing that was a minor issue was that the sprinklers came on while we were trying to load up our truck lol. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect! We rented this house after another house failed us. It was perfect for our almost 1 year old to crawl around and play. We also still felt like we were “in the mountains”. Our favorites were the train that came by multiple times in the morning and afternoon and the deer that came to eat the apples in the front yard.

Beautiful, well maintained property

The property is in a great location, conveniently close to downtown! We really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area and the surroundings. We saw deer hanging out near the pond almost every night. Seeing the train go by every day was really cool and inspired us to take a ride on it ourselves! The only complaint I have is the pots and pans were really scratched up and worn out. Other than that the cabin was very clean and cozy - especially the recliners!

Fabulous Fall break

The location of this property was perfect, close to town and the mountain, with so much space and privacy. The ranch owners were available, kind and very helpful. We loved everything about our stay .... exploring the ranch, fishing, the Animas river and paddle boating, s’mores around the fire, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The kids were delighted to wave to the train going past just a few times a day... such a fun treat. There was a fenced in area for our dog To run around outside, and plenty of space to walk her around the property. We felt very little need to leave the property at all. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to share your paradise for a few days.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed watching the ducks and geese in the pond. Several different variety of birds and the deer in the morning and evenings were also a treat. The large back porch with picnic tables and chairs for morning coffee and evening R&R was perfect.

The only issue was the dog poop that was everywhere outside. Someone prior to us must have had a small dog or possibly the owners. There were hundreds of piles which it made it hard for us to allow my 2 year old grandson to explore like he would have liked to.

Close to town but far enough away to see the stars,, the property was in overall excellent shape. The owners are very nice and accommodating. However we were told we would be the only people on the property, this was not the case. There was a very friendly maintenance crew there every day from sun up to sun down. This made it hard to really relax and enjoy our one on one time. As they were up on the cover deck and moving piles of wood around the house. We brought our two dogs and found it difficult to go outside and really enjoy ourselves.

I loved being able to fish in my back yard. A few things that would have made the stay better. Air Conditioning! It got up to 90 degrees and it was hard to enjoy the cabin when it's hot.Water filter because he water smelled like blood and turned orange. Basics like salt and pepper and paper towels should be provided. I left some for the next people.Property is right by a busy freeway and Train that blows horn throughout the day. I wasn't bothered too much by it because I live by trains but you should be aware if you are expecting a quiet place.Overall I am satisfied with the stay but probably wouldn't go back without there being some changes.

Great cabin for anytime of the year!

It was very quaint country cottage the rooms were perfect for 4 adults and 1 child the amenities in and around property were great love this place definitely will be back, we met Dan the owner very nice gentleman and very accommodating thank you for having such a beautiful venue and if anyone Is thinking of getting married this is the place also they have that ability and the barn/event hall is beautiful!
