Our 4 Bedroom, 7 Bathroom home, perched high above the Animas Valley surrounded by Ponderosa Pines on 35 acres, offers the privacy and seclusion you're looking for in your Colorado vacation. You will be stunned by the breathtaking views out each window, generous one-of-a-kind woodwork, and stunning rock fireplaces. Located approximately 15 miles from downtown Durango, 15 miles to Bayfield, 25 miles to Lake Vallecito, and 40 miles to Purgatory Ski Resort, this luxury home is the perfect base camp to explore all southwest Colorado has to offer. There are ring cameras in a few outdoor spaces for security purposes.

In winter (November through April), 4WD is required. It is NECESSARY that you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle, vehicles with medium to high clearance and winter/snow tires.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.


Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
